Nice apartment with good facilities in a good location with lots of restaurants and entertainment close by. The pool is good and there is local bike hire (not the council ones, racing bikes for a ride up Mount Coot-tha) . The staff are pleasant and helpful and even though this building is busy all the time, it is very quiet. I will be coming back with the family.

My son and I had a very satisfied stay in June; my daughter and I had a very satisfied stay in August. My son went to iplay everyday, which is just a few doors away. We liked the apartment (though we wish the apartments are newer; wonder when the apartments are required to be refurbished; this second-trip apartment's TV remote is so very worn-out) and especially the location. We went our different ways each day; and very happy to come back to the apartment to rest in the middle of the day and to watch afternoon TV sitcoms, before venturing out again, to Queen St Mall area because it gets too dark to walk the parklands/riverwalk.

Very central in the middle of the CBD with easy walking to Eagle St Pier and the gardens. We were in a two bedroom apartment on the 36th floor looking down onto Albert Street. Could see the river, Story Bridge and Kangaroo Point. Lovely big balcony with windows that opened up. Two bathrooms, kitchen area and living area.

Short version: best location, very spacious, nice pool - if you manage to get a $120/nt deal you'll get outstanding value! Long version: - The location is probably the best in Brisbane: you're in the heart of the city near lots of restaurants, Southbank is a short walk away, Fortitude Valley is a long but interesting walk away - I stayed in the 1br apartment, I loved having so much space: plenty for 2 people, even 3 would fit comfortably with the couch - Housekeeping comes in the late morning/early afternoon, which is great if you want to sleep in, or use the pool in the morning - There's a nice pool, spa and sauna but the pool area is often shaded by all the tall buildings (that must be nice in summer but is a bit annoying in winter) - There's some construction nearby, which may wake you up (esp if you're not used to that kind of noise) - There aren't enough lifts so there can be quite a wait at peak times The 5 bubble rating I've given is because of the great deal I got, but this place is so good I think up to $160/nt is fair and I'd give it 4 bubbles if I paid that

Clean and sensationally located with parking available on site. Good size rooms and well supplied kitchens. Full Foxtel service. Great pool, spa, BBQ facilities and gym. Comfy beds and quality linens.

Only had a couple of nights at this first class hotel wish it could have been more. Had a one bedroom apartment, and it had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. Even down to a dish washer it was like home from home. Did a tour of Australia in June and this hotel allowed us to catch up on very needed laundry all in the apartment. We would like to thank Management and staff for their efficient book in and cleanliness of apartment. Well Done, Stan & Barbara Murphy

The Oaks Festival Towers was fantastic for us. We got a two bedroom apartment, perfect for the family and perfect location. Heaps of great eating places. Everything was clean and tidy. The door to the balcony didn't open properly, maintenance quickly 'fixed' it but as soon as we shut it again, it broke again, it didn't affect the apartment. Would definitely stay again. Two blocks from queen street, only a couple of blocks from the bridge to walk to southbank. Loved it! Thank you.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 25th floor. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area was very spacious. The bed was comfortable, the tiling in the bathroom was a little shabby but the water pressure in the shower was great and the water was hot. For longer stays there is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom behind a folding door whcih would be very handy. The highlight was the very large patio area which was uniquely designed with large folding glass doors opening onto a tiled semi outdoor area which then had huge folding glass windows that could be opened to let the breeze flow in.With the glass doors folded back it made the living area even larger and created a lovely open feel. The view from our particular room wasn't anything special although at night with all the other buidings around lit up it was quite pretty. The front desk staff were efficient, very pleasant and helpful. It is the location of these apartments that wins out. You are one block down from the mall and only a ten to fifteen minute walk across the bridge to South Bank and the arts district located there. There are many quick service eateries, pubs and restaurant/cafes within easy walking distance. It was a short walk from the central train station (for the airport train) and only a stones throw from the Botanical Gardens and the very good Sunday morning market that takes place there. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this property to anyone.

We spent the night here last night, good accomodation excellent location and the parking for visitors is free, a little confusing getting into the car park, but once settled a good apartment place for families, clean and almost in the centre of the cbd Can recommend this

We were totally underwhelmed by this property. Just getting into the carpark at 11 pm was a nightmare even though the night manager was very helpful. Random parts of the cark park are body corp and parts for the hotel guest. Insufficient information and poor signage on gate openers, and they were on the wall opposite where they should have been. Bad smell in hall corridor from refuse chute. Dirty crockery in cupboard from previous guests. Shower head far too low and could not be adjusted. On the good side- good supply of hot water and comfortable bed.
