Some pros and cons. Elevators are too slow, hot and cramped. You are overworking your staff at the front desk. They are clearly doing an exceptional job, but to look after the number of customers they do, is unbelievable. The room was nice. The hallways were musty. Cleaners need to change their cleaning product. I thought the beds were too hard, but had my own mattress topper so used that. It is one of the better 4 star hotels, and we all enjoyed the facilities. The pool, gym and lounge area was nice.

Ive stayed 3 times now & im done. The stink emanating from the garbage chute is stomach turning ! It permeates everywhere & all times ive stayed it was in my room. Even the staff told me its always been in the building & cant be fixed. Ive stayed in hotels across 15 countries globally has had the issue. It also appears to be a party hotel & ive seen the results (yuk) in the lift twice. Too many other hotels that are run properly to stay again.

Great location, great view at top floors, friendly team. Very excited about the hotel services. The only comments were slow wifi during the peak period and not working AC of the bedroom. Apart from that very satisfied with the hotel services. Definitely come again.

Enjoy my stay, rather rough approaching the end of tenancy. I will likely going back to stay there. Last couple of days before the end of my tenancy, the cleaning service without notice use my dish washing soap to the dish washer causing it to malfunction. Otherwise okay.

Good location. Lovely spacious apartment with great views, was very clean and had comfortable beds. However for those travelling with children one H&S feature alarmed us. We had a small child in our party and were on the 34th floor with windows that opened fully from waist height.. Underground Parking was convenient but using it a little confusing due to poor signage. Also we would have liked to have known about the 30 dollar a day charge before booking.

Great location and close to everything. Very friendly staff. Comfortable accommodation. Easy to walk to Southbank, the ferries, Botanic Gardens and shops close by with the mall only 5 mins walk away..

As expected, our room was not ready when we arrived but the receptionist took pity on us as we had been travelling for 36 hours. She reorganised the rooms and gave us one which was ready. The room was a good size and clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with the city attractions within walking distance. Breakfast in a sister Oaks hotel 200 yards down the road was excellent.

there was a funny smell around the lift every day other than that every thing was excellent great location in Brisbane can walk everywhere not much time waiting for a lift some other places in the city you have to wait for ages even 3 or 4 lifts we always stay at festival tower because great services location

We enjoyed our stay here....very central...very clean..would stay again...had a twin room with little outside balcony which has table and chairs..full kitchen..washing machine..value for money...would stay here again if in can cook yourself or go out to a different restaurant to eat if you so desire.

Very convenient location located a short walk from Queen Street shopping and also to our offices on Eagle Street. 1 bedroom apartments were spacious and clean and had all the basic necessities one would require for a short trip.
