Can't really fault this place for our recent stay In Brisbane, it was clean and staff were great, only fault is only 30 mins of free WIFI !!! in this day and age when we use the internet for everything its total rubbish that only 30 mins a day is offered free.

Very disappointed I arrived to find WiFi was not included and bought in 30minute blocks for $5. Parking was $25 a day. both of these add up over 4 days and I would have been able to stay at the Hilton for similar money once these extras were paid. The lingering smell of cigarettes made me sick and it was actually coming through the vent in my shower. The windows might as well been blacked out as I could see nothing except another building which made it feel dark and gloomy. I booked through and the photographer definitely used the best angles to make the room look bigger than what it was.

The first time I stayed here we were shocked to find many cockroaches running around, but thinking that was a one off I thought we'd give them another go because of the great location. Unfortunately we were disappointed yet again. The 2 bedroom apartment had magnificent views but that was all it had going for it. The bathroom floor had not been mopped, the chairs in the dining room had dust all over them, the balcony table was so rickety we couldn't sit a drink in it, there were no door racks in the fridge, or ice trays in the freezer, and there was mould in the bathroom. The one and only towel rack fell off the wall, and there were no hooks to hang towels the end of the day at a cost of over $300 per night, it was a very expensive 2 star apartment.

Wonderful location in the Brisbane CBD but a shame about the building site next door - unless you don't mind being woken early. Ask for a room location away from the building site. Staff very helpful and welcoming.

So i arranged a weekend getaway for me and my partner get the to place to find our own parking....which was ok. Arrive to our the room we were given to the toilet was running non stop so called the reception desk ask to get a transfer to 4 levels down there was no apology at all not even an upgrade lady was kinda pushing us to stay in the room which was alright, but the downside was the bed was hard, had a view of the telstra building and listen to the renovations of the casino next door to us my partner found heaps of damage to it as well like mould in the ducting system. So i don't know if i will be returning to this place again.

Value for money and location is perfect. Parking only cost $25. Only issue a damp smell when you get off the lift, but the room didn't smell at all. Room clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Excellent instructions to find the hotel.

Great hotel , fantastic position to walk to shops and restaurants and hotels . Service is very friendly and they accommodate special requests easily. Stayed here a couple of times and will definitely be back . Rooms are quite spacious and very comfortable.

Requested room with view and got 1902. Balcony was huge with wonderful view of the river. Strangely 2nd bedroom and ensuite were locked. Disappointing to be given an upgrade but barred from using 1/2 the unit. Only 2 pillows for bed. Very small bathroom (with washer and dryer) with very poor lighting for makeup. No hand towels, reception advised wipe hands on bath towels, not great if you have guests visit. 4 hour free parking for guests - only found out by asking reception after friend had trouble finding parking nearby. Parking $25/night or $75 for week - park 4 nights and is $100 ??? Lots of construction noise nearby. Is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay.

We are a family of four (2 adults & 2 children) who stayed for 3 nights on the 34th floor and found our room was clean. tidy and comfortable. The cooking facilities were excellent and everything was in good condition. We enjoyed the pool, spa and gym areas. Beds were comfortable and made with quality linen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot fault. We had very helpful staff who were courteous, polite and followed through on any enquiries made. Location was central to everything one could want in Brisbane.

Incredible views on the Brisbane rivers and south bank. Two bedroom apartment is very large and great balcony. Romantic sunsets and sunrises. Walk across the road to casino and 10min to south bank. Beds comfy
