Stayed over Xmas 2017 and well in January 2018. Accompanied by my son. Everything was fine, but difficulties in the restauarant on one evening. Apart from that, all sections of the hotel operated very well.

This hotel is fantastic for being close to the city (walking distance to riverside). Just a breath of fresh air with the modern fittings and bright splashes of colour throughout. I stayed here with my 3 teenage children and they were also happy with the size of the room, generous bedding and large bathroom to fit all their things. We also had a hire car which was secured in the car park without any hassle. We walked to breakfast each morning down to the riverside cafes so couldn’t remark on the breakfast, but my boys ordered the room service pizza and it cane piping hot and really yummy! If I needed a hotel on my next stay in Brisbane...this is my number one choice 👍

The room quite old and really need some maintenance. Average hygiene level especially the carpet. Walls are so thin and so noisy from corridor and next room. Hotel location is a bit awkward and view from room is bad. Restaurant food is average. Considering cost $180 for basic room, is not value for money.

Loved this hotel, very helpful. We arrived early from Perth and they allowed us early check in as well. Car park is excellent underneath the hotel. Walking distance to CBD. Rooms were clean and fresh looking along with the rest of the hotel. The breakfast has everything you could wish for. Will definitely recommend.

Spent 3 nights at the Novotel in Brisbane (creek street). Front of house staff were great, so too the bar staff and house keeping. The accommodation location was quite good and the rooms were well equipped and looked after. Good car parking and good facilities such as pool, gym and sauna. I was unimpressed by the breakfast menu and even less impressed by the quality of food and it’s preparation. The fruit was hard, the coffee machines intermittently unattended and there were long cues for the single toast machine. Very poorly cooked food and the menu didn’t cover the basics of a standard cooked breakfast. All in all the breakfast was a really disappointing effort considering the rest of the hotel which was good. Consider skipping breakfast and eating out.

We did a mystery flight with Virgin and went too Brisbane, and Virgin picked the hotel and they sent us too the Novotel on Creek St, and we were very well looked after, the room was a good size and very clean, we found the staff very helpful and nice, we are in our sixties and walked everywhere and yes it is up a hill, but it's not that bad, we would stay there again, if we go back to Brisbane

Stayed here for two nights on an Australian tour. Room was quite spacious and had a bath with overhead shower. There is public free WiFi in lobby but not in rooms, this has to be paid for. Lots of people were at reception trying to get WiFi sorted so really I feel it would be much easier to have free WiFi throughout! We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good and well priced. Service was also good. The breakfast was average.

Here for a conference. Lacklustre Front Desk service. Ghastly Room Service food (dinner). Dull breakfast food. Plain (though clean) accommodation rooms, where the essential "all tech through the TV" didn't work. Conference lunch in the restaurant was, thankfully, very good.

I stayed for one night on business. The hotel is not very accessible on foot, as it is on a steep hill. Reception was ok. The room was ok but felt dated and the a/c gave off a strange smell. I had a drink in the bar - the barman was very helpful. Breakfast was also good with a decent selection to choose from. The hotel just felt a little tired and in need of a refresh.

Hard to find if driving there first time. Address is 200 Creek St but GPS points to Astor Terrace (no Novotel signage there) but there is a walk through to reception from Astor Tce, but you need to find the Creek St entrance if you want to use valet service for parking.
