Nice spacious rooms with a good sized bathroom - more space to put toiletries on would be good (mind you - you could say that about most hotels). Wonderful room service meal from the restaurant and a really good breakfast.

I booked here because I had stayed before and it was excellent. Sadly, it's gone downhill. Fabulous rooms but HORRIBLE bathroom....bathtub and no walk in shower. In this day and age? Clearly the rooms have been renovated but they decided not to touch their bathrooms????? Bathrooms are awful. Aircon was erratic at times;. not always cold, no idea why. Room I was given had an interconnecting door so I heard my neighbours talking whenever they did. Housekeeping was desperate one morning and 2 staff from reception came to see how badly it was done. One bed was basically not made at all and the carpet had not been hoovered. I complained about the Aircon to these 2 staff who said they would note it in the log but the next morning I had to repeat the issue to someone else so obviously it wasn't in the log. This hotel is going downhill fast. I booked 3 nights as I was really looking forward to coming back here after my last trip in 2016. I left feeling very disappointed. Maybe it's under new management? Whatever it is, they need to get their act together. WiFi was excellent. There was one rude staff member in reception. A Chinese looking girl who rudely told Chinese guests that she doesn't speak Mandarin. Ok you don't speak the language but there is no need to be rude to them when they assume you do because you look like them! This was in earshot of other guests. She needs some training.

lovely hotel with friendly staff!! stayed 2 nites in december and the room was excellent, clean and the complimentary water was appreciated... because i have stayed a few times they had the same coffee machine as i own so i was wrapped!! close to everything....only thing i was disappointed with was there was no free parking for guests ..

We have stayed at the Hotel Jen several times over the past 12 months and have seen the standard drop considerable. We have had to every night request Towels, face washers, extra soap and even a bottle opener that did not arrive. Also the rooms are not that sound proof. Can hear next door room when they are talking. We used to like staying here but are very seriously considering never to use it again. It is in a nice location but leaving more stressed than what we arrived in.

We were in 14th floor, twin room with almost everything provided for: mini fridge with milk for coffee making. Daily bottled drinks which can be carried along when out of hotel. There’s coffee making machine in the room. The shower is fixed with no running hose, so a little inconvenience. A few minutes walk to Queens Street Mall. Roma train station is just a next to the hotel, sheltered. From Brisbane International airport to Roma train station about A$18/30minutes using “GO” card which can be bought at info counter with $10 deposit. Refund after the trip at International train station counter. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thank you Singapore

Great Value and sooooooo very very clean, the food was amazing, very accessible to everything, staff are very helpful and courteous at all times, We always stay at the Jen Hotel just Fantastic, Thank you Jen.

Amazing stay - quick check in and check out Credit card is required for any incidentals but can give $100 cash which is refundable on check out Nice clean , spacious room , accessible by electronic card Big spacious , comfortable bed with a tv in front , free channels for entertainment Clean bathroom with amenities like towels provided. Digital safe provided . The side faces a big window and train station is visible in close proximity. It is 50 steps from Roma station . Easily accessible for disabled as elevators available The hotel is on left side when you come out of Roma station. Nice spacious reception area with free water provided . Getting there from the airport was easy as its Right next to Roma st station. Room was spacious. Bed was fine. Room service food was reasonably priced and quite good. Overall good value for money and would stay again

The carpet around the Reception area was stained. On entering my room there was a strong sour odour. The mattress or bedding smelt of stale beer. I booked my room directly with the hotel and was charged a foreign exchange fee. This hotel is built on Australian soil and booked by an Australian with $AU and I am charged a foreign exchange fee!! I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. No-one could be that desperate for accommodation.

Very handy if travelling in from the Airport by rail as it is virtually next door to Roma St Station exit. Very friendly check in and out at Reception. Like a lot of hotel rooms insufficient light in the middle of the room. Room was spacious with an adequate bathroom with shower over bath.
