New Farm

1. The property address number is obscured by a brick pillar and a tree...stupid 2. Most common area walkways are exposed to the weather and dont drain properly 3. The stairs are VERY dangerous. A) cannot grip the handrails because they are a plank of wood that you cant grip B) the top of the starirs to the bedroom is too close to areas of movement around the upper floor...its a serious stair fall waiting to happen 3. The unit smells like cheap holiday rental cleaning fluid 4. A 3 bed property with ratty outdoor furniture on the top balcony with only 2 chairs. No seating on the lower balcony 5. Very poor layout in the 2nd bedroom, a busted up pedestal fan and a very NOISY single bed made for a midget. Cant keep out thr morning sun at 4:40 am 6. Imadequate signage to find the room and more stairs the are poorly lit. 7. The door locks are faulty. Front door handle is loose. Keys are inadequately labelled It took me a taxi drive and neighbour about 1/2 an hour to enter the property 8. Too many nearby party animals in adjacent buildings. 9. I have dissabilities and i felt like i was in a death trap. 10. The veiws to the city do not reflect what i believed i was paying for from the advertising. 11. What on earth is the 2nd remote at the TV for, it does nothing. 12. Outdoor clothesline on top balcony is too low and is a head strike hazard. Above all: NOT if, but when, there will be a very serious safety incident in the unit
