Filthy bathrooms & rooms, heat not working propertly, hot water was only warm for a while, phone was disconnected in the room, breakfast denied althought it was advertised, lousy customer service.
The first room was filthy, lights didn’t work and only a trickle from the sink faucet. Second room was better but still dirty, old, run down and reeked of smoke. I don’t know how this is a three star hotel.
The people were very friendly. It was very peaceful there but the room was dirty. Very dirty. The furniture had not been dusted . The floors had not been vacuumed. The tub was extremely dirty.The mirror was dirty. There was no ash trays and no ice bucket.The leg on the table was broke and just propped up there.When I went to get more towels I was told I had to wait a couple hours cause they were all dirty. The rooms beside me the curtains were open and no one stayed in those rooms while I was there and you could see that the beds weren’t made and those rooms were not clean. I feel like they should be cleaned everyday when people check out. I never saw a cleaning lady the whole time I was there
This place was very clean; it seemed like everything was freshly remodeled. We were impressed with how clean it smelled, felt, and looked. The staff was also very helpful and kind.
Modest but pleasant place. The staff was friendly and prompt in correcting an error. All was well except the issue of the toilet flushing. Good breakfast and refreshments.
This place is falling apart - don’t get me wrong they’ve slapped a few coats of paint on, replaced the doors, added a nice tv and new shower kits. But it’s hard to overlook the rusting roof that’s falling all over the place, the rusted out metal stairs (that were also super slippery due to the rain when we came in), the un vacuumed carpet, the not so clean sheets and the bug I smashed in the bathroom...speaking of which - the tub wouldn’t close so you couldn’t take a bath and the water was rusty in color. To top it off...they must have used a gallon of that hotel smell cleaner stuff - it was so strong it was like we were chocking on it. Awful.

hotel has a new owner ,we are doing are best and are upgrading please try us again
