I have to stay that there were unforeseen problems that arose during our stay. However, the way that the staff and management handled it, was top notch. I will never judge a business for mistakes being made, but I will judge for how you handle those mistakes. AND let me say, this hotel, management, and their staff, went above and beyond!! and because of that, I will stay at this hotel every single time i need a hotel in the area. I have never witness a better staffed business. Thank you all for a great stay!!
The canisters for coffee or tea in lobby where always empty in the morning.
The water fountain by the pool/gym didn't work. There were zero dining options. The floor of our room next to the A/C was completely soaking wet, the elevator broke.
The bathroom was liking water and making a bad noise in the night

It’s a clean and nice hotel and it’s about 5-10 mins from the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre.
Stayed in room 315 and the air conditioning couldn't keep up because of its placement. (Under the cabinet that held the fridge. We called for a fan and one was provided promptly.
Very helpful, kind receptionist. Shuttle to the airport was too full so they paid for a cab. Free parking--able to leave my car there while away.
Quick trip through St. Louis on our way to edwardsville for an athletic event. Very convenient location!
Staff and amenities are fine, but the hotel is next to a highway and you can hear the traffic at night. If you plan to stay here, request a room at either end of the hotel and/or NOT facing the highway.
Staff was great, hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was available but for the money I would have figured it was included.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. The only thing i would say is the pricing on the soda and snacks was a little high. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely come back and stay again
