Good location, parking etc. Hourly shuttle to and from downtown was a nice bonus, even if some of the seatbelts didn't work.
Air conditioning did not work. Had to switch rooms at 6 am which was very inconvenient. Will not stay there again.
Staff was friendly but there was NOT a city view even tho we paid for it and it was very basic for the price. NO extras at all, not even a hair dryer or hook in the bathroom.
The property is about a 20 minute walk from Broadway but they also have a shuttle that runs every 30 mins that we used a couple of times. Very convenient! Clean. But employees at front desk had a attitude every time we had a question. The business center is not separate from lobby. We needed a quite place for zoom meetings and had kids coming in lobby while working. Didn't work for us.
Continental breakfast was surprisingly good, more of a buffet. They have a free shuttle that takes you to and from broadway.

Easy Check-in, Very friendly staff. Free breakfast was very good. It was an overnight stay for a concert at Ascend Amphitheater. The venue was just a short walk from the hotel over the bridge. If you're an uptight Karen you're probably gonna give this place a bad review. But if you're easy going and cool, it's got everything you need and you'll give it a good one.

All front desk staff and cleaning staff, upon exit, were extremely friendly and helpful.
We booked 4 rooms for 7 people. Our room was great with no problems. A couple of the others said they didn't have hot water and or their air conditioning was cold. The hotel is renovating and our rooms were mostly done. It's going to be very nice when it's all done. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from Music Row or there's a shuttle. Overall I would definitely stay there again and recommend.
