Dirty, Staffing limited access, if not first one down for breakfast the hot food will be gone, laundry room machines are very old and hardly working, drug needles in parking lot. Have stayed in nicer hotels for far less in the area.

We had the hot tub and we always stay here to relax and see family.

I had much more to say in my 30 minute call to Wyndham properties but do not ever stay here. Go to other hotels in the Decatur area. This is a perfect example of a place that looks 1000 times better in the pictures than it really is. If I had family talking about staying there, I would pay them not to. The place is dirty and extremely poorly maintained. The pool area was dirty and unusable. There’s poor caulking around the tub and mildew in the cracks and splattered either spaghetti sauce or blood on the bathroom wall that was never cleaned. We checked in at 3:30 and checked out at 6 PM and went to another hotel in the area and spend another $500 for two rooms for two nights. That’s how bad it was. My only mistake is that I did not read reviews before I went there.

The only reason we stay here is because it's the only place to stay in town that hasn't had bed-bugs (yet). The lighting in the rooms is sparse (at best)--I think they light is that way so it is difficult to see how run down the place is. If you want to pretend it looks okay, don't open the curtains. We have had to stay here for the past year 4 nights a week doing construction. This time the heater didn't work. Went to the front desk and their response was sorry, no one is here to fix it. Okay, then give me a discount---it's 32 degrees outside. Nope. Breakfast is horrible (and that's IF they have it). STAY ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN.

Customer service was nonexistent. The staff working the desk acted as if they hated being there. The room had not been vacuumed, the door’s chain lock was gone, and the the toilet paper holder was broken. On the plus side, it was quiet.

Stay anywhere else. Dirty, dark, breakfast is terrible

Stay in Decatur instead. You WILL be disappointed. EVERY TIME. NO internet. I’ve had to stay here about 75 days in past 6 months due to work - they always say internet is getting fixed next week. No OJ, Water, apple juice at breakfast. And they really should have gravy if they say they’re having biscuits and gravy, otherwise it’s just HARD BISCUITS.

Since there is no other choice in Bridgeport, we have to stay here. Take the extra 20 minutes and stay in Decatur instead. This place sucks! No Internet, no drinks at breakfast – – no water, no orange juice, no apple juice. Unless you want coffee, you have no other choices. Working on a job site here is the only reason why we stay here. Go somewhere else – – consistently been here for the last six months. Nothing changes!

Nice huge suite. Started out in a small room but AC had a weird loud sound to it. So told front desk and she put me in a suite! Very appreciative of that. It’s remodeled and looks very nice. Only complaint is mild. Need to bleach the towels white or buy new ones other than that, no problem. Was great.

Reception area under renovation, using a guest room by the pool. Room was adequate. Never saw staff. Not a bad stay but not that great.

The ownership seems genuinely committed to customer service. A couple members of the staff do not operate on that basis. One particular person caused a large issue for us simply because she refused to take a few extra steps to find some boxes that had been shipped to us. We had an incident with a very rowdy party across the hall that went on until 3:30am. Not the fault of the hotel but the staff should have taken additional steps to bring that to an end. Nice enough hotel in a location that worked well for us.

We were very happy with everything about the hotel, with the exception of the computer WI-FI system which didn't work in our room. They did supply a cable for the ethernet system. The coke machine didn't work the whole time we were there. (5 days). The open/close button on the elevator didn't work. It did open and close on its own timing. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The only thing not good to us was the AC unit in the room.

Great hotel. Breakfast was very good and offered a variety of items. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice motel - helpful staff. I'll most likely stay there again.
