This over 1,200 sq ft rustic-chic condo has 2 private bedrooms and an upstairs loft. Both bedrooms feature queen size beds, mountain views, TVs equipped with Rokus, and a closet. The furthest bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom, while the other bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. The loft features 2 bunk beds with 4 twin (actually comfortable) mattresses, a full (actually comfortable) trundle and an (actually comfortable) pullout futon. There is a long closet, a TV with Roku, work desk, chest of drawers (complete with building blocks and a video game system) and a bathroom. The downstairs common area features a well-stocked kitchen (which includes coffee machine, blender, toaster, panini press, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, crockpot, some common cooking/food supplies and more), a sofa, dining table, kitchen counter with bar stools, and a fireplace. Please enjoy the custom woodwork and a private Trex Deck Balcony. There is a storage closet in the hallway for guest use (which has sleds and other amenities) and there is a clubhouse on the first floor that includes jacuzzi, ping pong & other games.
