Casa Margherita is a pretty rustico in Zignago, above Brenzone, with a magnificent view of the lake: you can see Isola Trimelone, Malcesine and Monte Baldo as well as the steep banks of the west coast of the lake. Casa Margherita is in an absolutely quiet location. Even in the high season, there is no hustle and bustle and no traffic. The nearest beach is just 1500 metres away. It can also be reached on foot (800 metres). And there is a nice terrace restaurant in the village that also offers delicious wood-fired pizzas (300 m). The property is fully fenced and locked by an automatic gate, the opening code of which is given to the customer on arrival. Pets are allowed (max 2) Casa Margherita consists of 6 flats (nr. 2, nr. 3, nr. 4, nr. 5, nr. 7 and nr. 8), all with a wonderful lake view, bright and friendly furnished, with stone floors, gas central heating, free wi-fi, air conditioning (in flats nr. 2, nr. 3, nr. 7 and nr. 8) and each flat has a private car park. The municipality of Brenzone is actually made up of several villages that lie one behind the other along the Olive Riviera.
