Dining is listed on the website but when we arrived, we were told the bar and restaurant weren't open. We asked for a late checkout, explained we needed to stay until 1. We were told checkout was at noon and no exceptions could be made, even though I am a marriott member. The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were even worse. I won't stay there again

I work for Travel and Leisure magazine, i was very disappointed with my room. The television would go off and on every 10 minutes,my phone was not working in my room, housekeeping didnt clean my room when she was suppose to, i was given exactly 2 towels per person no more. Guest service agent LaRon gave outstanding customer service. Overall i would not be recommending this hotel to any of my staff members.
