We own a 2-bed/2-bath timeshare in Breckenridge, CO at Grand Lodge on Peak 7 the week of the MLK holiday. Unfortunately, we are unable to use it this year and we'd love to share this place with another family!

Fits two families of 4/5 comfortably. Walk down the hall, out the door, and you're 50 feet from the Independence Super Chair Lift servicing primarily blue and green runs on Peaks 7 & 8.

This is a full 7-day rental, no weekends or mid-week stays. Unit number is assigned when you check-in. No guarantee of a slope side view but ALL units are ski-in/ski-out.

Nightly stay price is negotiable. No reasonable offer refused! Please message me directly in the VRBO app. Assigning this week to a guest is as simple as providing me your name, email, and phone number...that's it!

This Breckenridge condo boasts 2 bedrooms with 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 pullout queen beds, full kitchen and large refrigerator perfect for saving a few bucks from eating out every meal. Two parking spaces included. Arcade is perfect for the kids. Private movie theatres are available to rent and typically are not overly booked.
