This unit is available exclusively by the Gilson Group and is not a part of the resort rental program.

Upon entering, you'll be captivated by elegant interiors featuring two plush king bedrooms, a Twin XL bed, and a queen pull-out sofa, accommodating up to seven guests in refined comfort. Enjoy restful nights complemented by premium linens and state-of-the-art Smart TVs.

The spacious living room, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Breckenridge Valley and surrounding mountains. Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire private penthouse unit, as well as shared access to the property's amenities, including the indoor heated pool, sauna, fitness center, game room, and underground heated parking.

In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.
