Rustic

We were able fit everyone in this great cabin. Beds were comfortable, had great big kitchen, fireplace for family gathering. About 10 min from Breck skis. Love backyard in woods. My family enjoyed it. We like come back to visit again.

Quaint Breckenridge Spot

This house was amazing. So many beautiful rooms and views. We even saw a Moose while staying there. My only caution is that the place is greater than 10,000 feet and some of my family members couldn’t handle that altitude. Other than that, it is the perfect place for a family getaway.

Great Property and Location

This property is exactly what we were looking for and then some. While we knew there was a creek on the property, we didn't realize it's proximity to the house until we arrived. A true gem to have a house next to a creek that is flowing, the sound of flowing water only made the property more enjoyable! Location is great in the mountains and close enough to Breckenridge with a short drive. The house water is well water and has a certain smell to it, but didn't take long to get used to. House and property are in great shape and we truly enjoyed our stay. Our pups enjoyed it as well. Host checked in and responded promptly. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the mountains and near Breckenridge!

Relaxing Stay

Easy check in and check out, detailed communication, large rooms, lovely views, reasonably comfy beds, clean property, and stunning grounds. We would definitely stay again. We stayed end of August and enjoyed time outside exploring, found so many varieties of mushrooms, hung a hammock between two trees, read in the wildflowers, and made burgers on the grill. We’ve stayed at four different properties in Breckenridge and this one is our favorite. Highly recommend.

Breckenridge Ski Trip

Great property. We had to cut our stay one day short due to power loss on 12 Jan resulting in no water or electricity. Main power pole was sheared off in high winds during blizzard and damage was not reparable within the time we had remaining. Other than that very comfortable and in a great location. Property management staff was responsive.

Beautiful home and property!

We had a great time! Love that all the adults had their own bedroom with king sized beds. The home and property are beautiful! My only suggestion would be to get a water softener system as the water is very hard and smells like iron. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely stunning views with tranquil setting. Home is prime location and has very nice upgrade furnishings. The outdoors offerings are hard to beat for anyone looking for awesome outdoor seating, beautiful river with rock formations while giving that peaceful vibe!

No one wanted to leave

My husband and I, three children, two significant others and their dogs spent Memorial Day weekend in this wonderful home. From the moment you enter, the attention to detail is obvious. The kitchen is large and well stocked with anything and everything needed to prepare meals together. The furniture is comfortable and with 2 fireplaces, 2 TV’s and two family areas everyone can spread out. Our favorite plus was 4 bedrooms, each with a king size bed. Our daughter was so happy not to get a bunk bed!! But next….. when you go out onto the decks or into the backyard it is pure serenity with the steam that runs through the back yard. The location is private. Easy access to Breckenridge. Everyone wanted to stay…..indefinitely. We hope to return.

Quiet & Serene Property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's spacious and very quiet. In my opinion, the place could've been cleaner [i.e., toilets had yellow stains - not sure if this is due to well water, the heat lamp did not work, and there were dog hairs on the floor, blankets and bed]. I understand because pets are allowed but they could've done better with overall cleaning. Otherwise, it's a nice place.
