The room was spacious with a microwave and fridge. Comfortable beds. Clean room no complaints

Don’t listen to the negative reviews. If you want a clean, quiet place to sleep after a full day in Branson then this place can’t be beat for the price. It can use minor improvements like new lampshades, bulbs in parking lot, and new furniture in the rooms, but overall it is a good hotel. I stayed here with my two teenage sons and felt safe and clean. The breakfast rivals any other hotel chain over $100. I will stay here again.

Really needs an update! We were in a non smoking room yet the lamp shades had burn marks on them. The table had one leg ready to fall off. Felt musty and smelled damp. Pretty on the outside, needs a little help on the inside.

GREAT BREAKFAST. ROOMS CLEAN. SERVICE GREAT. POOL WAS COOL AND VERY RELAXING.

I feel i got lied to, hotel was the worst. Didn't even want to take my shoes off, pictures do lie!

Place looks nice and was pretty clean but the bed was terrible. It was so worn in that I fell off it. It angled the the edge and I felt like I was on a slope. Pillows were very uncomfortable too. They definitely need to replace the mattresses. Very disappointing...

Hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Pool clean and in good condition. Nice hot breakfast; tad on the cheap side. Room was standard, nothing fancy. Beds comfortable. Value for the price.

The staff went above and beyond. The gentlemen that helped us was very nice. It's off the strip so easy to get in and out. Also quieter. The room was very spacious and clean. Only downsides is the elevator does not work the best and there is no one in the office from like 11 pm to 5 an. Very good price! Take a chance on this one

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. The door needed a new seal around it. You could see outside through the crack. Staff was friendly.

Afffortable Hotel with friendly staff. Nice, clean and comfortable room. Good hot breakfast. Easy access to the venues of Branson. Would highly recommend.

Nice off the strip place without all the heavy traffic. Room was nice, nothing fancy but great beds. It has all the necessities. They were prompt to fix any problems we encountered. To me I just need a nice, clean room and good beds to fulfill my needs. Their breakfast was adequate they had eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, toast, cereal, and mixed fruits so you had what you needed. They did have an elevator for the 2nd floor so if steps are a problems this is a good choice. They also have a good selections of items if you didn't bring them. Aspirin, something for upset stomachs etc at the desk to purchase. I always bring everything from home for things I might need and looks like i could have just purchased it there instead of having a heavy suitcase.

Room was comfortable housekeeping does a wonderful job

We checked into our room and immediately noticed a cat urine smell. Deciding that we couldn't tolerate it, we asked to be moved to a different room, which they did quickly and courteously. The room we ended up in was ok. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok but not outstanding in any way. The advertised waffles were Eggos. The biscuits and gravy were good. There was nothing about this hotel that would make me recommend it to someone else.

We stayed four nights and had good breakfast everyday before starting our sight seeing!!!!

Exterior needs a little up dating but my room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Motel is located close to everything but sits by itself away from all the congestion. There is room for improvement with the breakfast menu. I'm returning to Branson in a couple of months and will be staying here again.

For an aging facility our stay was very pleasant. Breakfast was o/s. Staff was friendly. Coffee was available at all hours. The price was right !

Nice place ,confortable. beds ,good breakfast buffet, nice pool, could use some umbrellas more table & lounge chairs.needs some step repairs . Overall really nice time there.will return and recommend this place.
