The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. It is located right off a busy road which means if you have a room facing the street, you can hear some traffic outside but it's not bad at all. Great location, very close to the Branson Landing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel for an affordable price.

Hotel is old and outdate hotel personal very rude and unhelpful when you ask them anything they looking at you like you are some kind a idiot pool area is very dirty and water stink there is also mold on edge of the pool if you travel with kids dont go in this hotel

The only positive thing we can say is that the staff were very friendly and accommodatin . Very noisy hotel. We had to unplug the fridge in our room to sleep at night and woke up to the sound of the people above us in the bathroom. Road noise if you face the road all night. The room had old doughnut under air conditioner and very dusty

We stayed here while in town for a baseball tournament. It was very close to everything in town yet not in the middle of the chaos. Would stay here again for sure!

We booked (for our family vacation) three rooms for three nights at this hotel. The photos were nice and the price was right for all of us. At check-in the receptionist was extremely rude. She should not be working in customer service. One of our rooms was on a different floor, which defeat the purpose of booking three rooms together. When a family (especially a large one) stays at a hotel they would like to be close to each other. The key cards (plural) to one of the rooms would not work. The unfriendly receptionist kept reprogramming them (plural), but they still would not work. To which she told us it was our fault. The next morning, maintenance worked on the door for a while, which held up our plans. They couldn't fix it at that time. When we went to the desk to find out what was being done, WE had to ask for a different room. You would think, considering it was a hotel problem, they would have already been trying to move us so they could continue to work on the door. I guess they expected us to leave the door open while we were gone. The rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned! They all smelled like wet carpet (not just the rooms, the hallways also smelled wet). The bathroom floor was filthy. The whirlpool bathtub did not work. On our last night there, as we were leaving to see a show, the rude receptionist told us we needed to drum up some business while we were out. She needed to fill five more rooms. When we returned later that night, someone had been in one of the rooms. If there had been vacancies at another hotel that could accommodate the size of our family, we would left at check-in.

The hotel was not meet our expectation based on advertisement. It was just ok

Great Stay at a great hotel, affordable and satisfactory

Staff was very friendly. That assisted me with everything I needed and knew all the directions to the places I went to. Breakfast wasn't the greatest but the room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to someone else and stay there again myself.

Stayed in the jacuzzi suite. Great deal for what you pay!

Good location. Not over the top. If you just need a room for the night good. If you're looking for a cheap luxury maybe not so much. Friendly, helpful staff.

Clean, comfortable, staff were pleasant, breakfast good (standard cereal, juice, danish, hot waffles, etc)., bed was great, hot tub in room was great. Shower in room was unacceptable - appx 4.5' high and less than 3' diameter. Every time I turned around in shower I hit bumped the control knob and shower turned cold or hot. If you can tolerate the small shower - great hotel for price (I stayed here in January).

Enjoyed our stay, and the hotel staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. We loved the room with the jacuzzi tub, and we only had one major complaint: The shower was to small and the shower head was not tall enough to enjoy taking a shower..otherwise a great value for this time of the year.

Spent 2 nights here while we visited Branson. Room was clean, as were the bathroom and inroom spa tub. Pool was cold, about 60 degrees (it's outside with a room of glass built around it and isn't heated.) The pool and jacuzzi both were small for the size of the hotel and we're hard to enjoy while packed with children. Staff was friendly but would never answer the phone at the front desk. Had to walk down from the 5th floor to speak with someone on three different occasions to find them not to even be busy. The breakfast room was small and food mediocre. On Sunday it was so packed we couldn't get in and had to go eat elsewhere.

nice and clean, good breakfast though coud use more variety in fruit and a meat would have been nice. bed very comfy!

Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Breakfast was as expected for free. Nice location of hotel split between show Branson to left as you come out entrance to hotel, and to right is historical Branson. Only real complain was that bathroom was too small. The placement of the toilet was especially inconvient & tight. Probably would not recommend the hotel for this reason.

It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The rooms were not clean and my 5yr old son found bugs. They tried to move us 3 times and those rooms were not any better. We left the hotel and will NEVER stay at that hotel again

NICE VALUE, GOOD FRONT DESK PERSONAL, HAD ROOM WITH HOT TUB, IF YOU WANT TO SHOWER & NOT USE THE HOT TUB SHOWER IS VERY SMALL, NOT SURE IF THIS IS THE CASE WITH ALL HOT TUB ROOMS, ALSO IF TRAFFIC IS HEAVY IT CAN BE HARD TO EXIT HOTEL FROM TRAFFIC BACKING UP, SINCE THERE IS NO TRAFFIC LIGHT THERE BUT OVERALL A GOOD STAY

Our check in was quick & very friendly. Our room was very nice, with plenty of amenities we needed. The front desk lady was extremely nice, and helpful. Made us feel very welcome! Thank You Baymont Inn & Suites! We will be back!

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The hotel is on the strip, but at the end; however, it was quiet and easy to access. Breakfast was the same every day, but did give you a variety of items and the staff in the breakfast room was very friendly and accommodating.

Overall we had a great visit staying at the bay mount. The staff was great and the room was very nice! The only thing I would say wasn' top notch was the cleaning crew. The bed was half made and you could tell they didn't spend hardly anytime cleaning the room while we were out for the day.

Dear Daniel, We are sorry we failed to meet your expectations during your stay with us. We recently had some work done on our pool area in order to bring it more up to date. If there is anything else we can help you with please do not hesitate to ask.
