The room did not have a hair dryer like I thought and there was not enough towels the first night.

The hotel was close to the strip and had easy access to back roads to avoid the traffic. Enjoyed our business trip.

Excelent stay and vacation. We had a great te and stay. Everything was amazingm

The only problem I had was my air did not work correctly

To start with , apon arrival their was nobody around to check us in. I was told by a room cleaning lady that the hotel manager went to run an arrand and would be back in about an hour. Next our two rooms were supposed to be reasonably close to one another .This was not the case. Not even on the same floor and at opposite ends of the building. Next was supposed to be a queen sized bed . it was queen sized but I have slept on softer rocks in Iraq. No hot water, luke warm at best .Room had a small dining room table ,but only one chair. The 1960 air conditioner was so loud and ineffective it was impossible to sleep. Maid service was terrible. Blood smear in bathroom shower. Um biohazard.. Only 1 usable outlet for personal devices. Water pressure sucks barely came out of shower head. But the biggest problem was that the toilet didn't flush properly, and after asking the manager to take care of it. He acted like he couldn't be bothered with such petty things... Under no circumstances will I ever stay at this ,or another Americas Best Value Inn

This hotel is completely out-dated - and creepy - we did not even stay! There are strange smells, bad lighting, unfinished looking interior, missing items (like in one room there was a headboard and no bed!) seemed very skanky - when I politely asked if they could just refund - the guy at the counter just wanted to give us a different room - Waste of money! We stayed down the road at a different place - the online pictures are NOT accurate

The motel was suitable for Branson, nothing really outstanding but comfortable for the location. Convenient room was made available even though not originally requested for a physical inconvenience. If I were going to Branson again, I would be happy staying here again.

This was cheap however this is another one that should take off of there list as it gives them a bad name. I paid for two night only stayed one and lost my money on the other however that was better than staying there..

Front desk clerk was great! Room was not bad...not great but good for the price paid. Location is great if you are looking to be near all the Branson touristy stuff including the water park and a lot of the shows and outlet.

The hotel was probably the worst one I have ever stayed at. The manager was rude, didn't tell us anything about the room, where to get ice etc. The room was dirty it didn't look like anyone had swept in the for a long time. There were cearal pieces all around the beds. We left a note to leave Moore toilet paper and towels and didn't get any. We finally had to go to the office to even get any. The manager watched our every move like he was afraid we might take something. Brelieve me there wasn't anything imthere I would even want. Also we had a microwave and mini fridge and an air conditioner. Honestly we didn't try the microwave but the fridge didn't work and we had to go buy fans to even cool the room.

I was pleasantly surprised ! Thought we'd be walking into a room that was dirty and smelly..........NOT ! Besides it's close to the main strip and the staff was friendly.

The hotel was conveniently located to several Branson locations. The staff was very friendly and made the experience staying with them pleasurable. The rooms were average, but comfortable and very reasonable. The only amenity that left a lot to be desired was the continental breakfast... don't count on much... we had to eat elsewhere. :)
