The Space:
You will fall in love with this adorable apartment from the moment you walk in the door into the quaint living area. As you enter you will notice it has been freshly remodeled with beautiful wood laminate flooring and sumptuous leather furniture. The space is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Branson! You can enjoy your favorite tv shows, play a game or just relax with a nice glass of wine or cup of coffee.

Discover the large Bedroom with a comfy queen bed. Bedside table and lamp flank the bed with its sumptuous linens. Enjoy a ceiling fan circulating air overhead. Wind down to sleep watching the smart TV. Store your belongings in the dresser and closet.

To accommodate additional sleeping needs, you’ll find a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.


At mealtime, prep and cook in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard major appliances – stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.

Grab your morning coffee from the coffee station with dual-function Keurig coffeemaker combined with drip coffeemaker, plus espresso machine and French press. You’ll have plenty of coffee and tea supplies.

Refresh and rejuvenate in the luxurious full bathroom with vanity, large walk-in shower, and all bathroom essentials, such as towels, hair dryer, and toiletries.

You’ll love the convenience of no-cost on-site laundry facilities in the B-Building next door to your unit.

Guest Access:
You have access to everything in the apartment except an owner’s closet.

No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad. Door code will be sent on day of arrival.

Free parking is available for 2 vehicles.

The outside of the building and landscaping are in a remodeling phase. Construction hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 pm. Minor construction noise may be heard.
