The customer service we received from the time our Uber arrived at the hotel until the time our Uber picked us up to head to the airport was phenomenal. My husband and I both agreed that we have not experienced this quality of service at a hotel ever. Everyone was friendly and eager to help in anyway that could. The staff member, Andy, who was at the hotel entrance was great. He provided an umbrella on our way out to go explore the city during a rain shower. He gave wonderful suggestions for dining and sightseeing. I wish I could remember everyone’s name who was working this past weekend because they all deserve recognition. The room was perfect. I really have no complaints. We will definitely be back!
This place is perfect. We had a room with a view of the harbor and it was simply beautiful. Nice staff. Great dining option with wonderful wait staff. Would love to come back.
