Candlewood Suites Boston-Braintree

The fitness center was very hot and not air conditioned. The lobby was small, unwelcoming and a bit tired looking. However, our suite was comfortable, spacious and well supplied. Overall a good experience.

Very comfy room for just one night. Spacious, right by the highway and the Braintree mall but still in a secluded area for quiet and privacy.

I was looking for a quiet getaway to get some much needed rest. Unfortunately the person upstairs would not stop stomping. Had to go to the front desk 3 times throughout the night, noise still didn't stop. There seemed to be too many kids staying there as well. Definitely more a family like atmosphere that I wasn't looking for. Maybe they should start making specific floors for single adults or kid-free hotels.

And landed here without a reservation. Great room, very comfortable and quiet. Just right for a biz traveler.

The hotel met my expectations , everything was great , didn't see much stuff presence though but still a good hotel overall .

The place is easy to find and good around place, have a good time

Great value. Clean quiet room. Friendly staff. Nice location.

The only downside which is minor most of the time is shuttle service to the airport

The hotel was close to my business destination so it was very convenient for me. I arrived late in the day and receptionist was nice and got me in to the room very fast. The room looks like it might have been recently updated. The quality of furniture and fixtures were average for this type of hotel. The carpet had few old stains. Internet was slow in the evening but workable. Bathroom fixtures were mounted poorly. Towel rack fell down as soon as I touched it. There was a used towel hanging on the wall behind the door. The sink was nice and toiletries were good quality. Television worked well and plenty of channels including HBO. The remote had a piece of duct tape in stead of battery cover. The bed was firm and comfortable. Overall the room was acceptable, could be better with a little effort.

The receipienist was nice enough toseethat there was two reservations then she was able to cancel one for us and also upgraded my room to a 1 bedroom suite.

We were here 2 days on a long road trip to haul our daughter's belongings up to move into a new apartment in Weymouth (Drove all the way from Tennessee.) It was a good place to stay, convenient to Rte 3 and I-93. Staff was friendly. No complaints!

Stayed one night. In town for job interview. Everyone was nice. Room was clean. Good location to Boston and South Shore. We would stay here again. Very expensive for Candlewood, but I guess because of the location?

Rude host at check out no one available except a house cleaner who could not speak charged my account an extra $100. To which they hold onto for 5 days or so.

The hotel is within a few minutes from the Boston subways and made for a convenient stay. I was able to transport to Boston on the T without having to drive there. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only drawback was that breakfast was not served. Braintree does not have a lot of food options, although they do have a food court at the nearby mall.

Stayed here in early may for only a few hours. Arrived in the evening and had to wait ~5 minutes for the hotel staff to check us in as they were helping another guest. There was a sign for 10% off your first night if you wait longer than 7 minutes so no big deal for me. Room was fine but this place is an extended stay type of hotel and the people next door were loud, had to keep the fan on to drown out the noise. The fitness room is outdated, 4 weight machines and 4 cardio machines. The weight machines were fine but the cardio machines were very old and the treadmills were broken. In general, I'd rate this place slightly above average since my short stay was pleasant.

We were the last to check to the full hotel the evening of our arrival date and were assigned the last available room right off the lobby. We were warned the room might be noisy which it definitely was. The staff was accommodating the next morning in moving us to the third floor which proved to be much quieter. Overall, this was a very convenient location for us at a good price for Boston. We will definitely return.

love the kitchenette in this hotel, comes in handy!

It was a nice hotel, with good amenities and staff.

This hotel is easy to get to and a great value. For the cost you get a spacious room and updated look.

Great location, awesome staff! We were there for a wedding and there was a blizzard and the staff was super friendly at helping us dig our car out!!
