Dirty, wet towel in bathroom. Long black hair on floor in bathroom, not just one.

I got in extremely late yet the staff was still friendly and helped me get into my room.

We reserved two queens, were given a king and a hide a bed. Great for those who got to sleep in the bed but less than great for those who had to sleep on the pull out. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was labeled as a non-smoking room.

Good stay, nice pool, good location, clean, Bozeman is great

I am afraid to say I was completely dissatisfied with my stay based on the over-inflated price I was charged. We were promised a "suite" with sitting area and office. What we received was a standard room with furnishings dating back to 1980, an armchair squeezed in next to the bedside table and a table with office chair squeezed next to the chest. While the staff were exceedingly friendly and the cleanliness satisfactory, the product offered was far below expectations. While we did not partake of the complimentary breakfast, the coffee offered in the lobby was exceedingly unpleasant. We then tried the "pod" maker in the room which was even worse. We had to resort to McDonald's coffee which at least was a close walk. This room barely came to Super 8 standards. Based on the amount we were charged, it certainly was not worth the money. We won't be repeating our stay.

Stayed here at the end of a 10day vacation to Montana, with a flight departing bozeman after checking out. Nothing super special about this hotel, seemed pretty standard for the brand. Free wifi, continental breakfast (ENDS AT 9!!), indoor pool, etc.

Best nights sleep in along time! Very friendly staff! Pillows were great and bed very comfortable. Will stay here again on our next visit to Bozeman !

The hotel staff was very friendly. We had a clean and comfortable room. Coffee was available 24 hours a day.

When we signed up we were told the room had an eating area with table, chairs, couch, study and king bed. Upon arrival we had a small sized king room with a desk and chair. When I questioned the young lady at reception, I was told that someone gave me the incorrect information and said they had no rooms available like that.

Room was spacious and clean. Front desk people were friendly, [...].Would stay there again.

I had a 9 night stay and have absolutely no complaints. It is a clean hotel, just on the outside of Bozeman's downtown. Clean, with a very helpful staff. Very good breakfasts supplied every day with fresh baked cookies in the evening. Great deal for the price!

I'm on the road for 150+ nights a year and this was one of the best hotels I've come across. The friendly and professional staff will make you feel as if you are staying at a five star hotel. I hope to find more of these hidden GEMS!

We traveled to Bozeman to tour Montana State University. I was travelling with my 18 year old and 16 year old. This is an older three story Fairfield Inn. The hotel had a musty smell and the beds were horrendous (even my 16yr old son, who can sleep anywhere, found the beds bad). This hotel backs up to Interstate 90. I should have checked that location out better - it was noisy. The window didn't shut tight and it was in the 20's at night.....so the heater was forced to kick on quite often at night. I generally like Fairfield Inns but, if my daughter attends MSU-Bozeman next fall, we will choose somewhere else to stay. Or if we stayed here again, make sure the room didn't face the interstate. On a positive note the hotel looked clean and continental breakfast is always a nice option when travelling. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. And, the price was reasonable.

no issues

After spending 14 hours driving, the Fairfield was a welcome sight and a wonderful place to rest up before the next days driving.
