We welcome you to this comfortable 19th-century family home, completely renovated in 2023 with quality materials. Electric vehicle battery charging is available.

On the ground floor, there is a living room overlooking the park, a large kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

Sleeps 6.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

Air conditioning. Fiber optic Wi-Fi.

Numerous board games, pétanque. A relaxing setting, full of charm, ideally located for strolls in the castle grounds and along the banks of the Loire.

Jacuzzi available from June 1st to September 15th.

Please note that bed linen and bath mats are provided.
Two tea towels and one hand towel are also available.
A charcoal BBQ is available year-round with an optional 20L of charcoal (€15) made in France. (Order one week before arrival.)
Towels are available as an option for €3.50 each.
Pets must be registered at the time of booking; the rate is €15 per stay.
A travel cot is available free of charge on site (sheets not provided).

Just 3 minutes away, go canoeing on the Loire with "Canoë Evasion" or take your little ones to O'Parc, an amusement park. Access the famous La Loire à Vélo cycle path 500 meters away. Visit Guédelon, a historic medieval construction site with a magnificent park and numerous workshops for children (tree climbing, playgrounds, go-karting, paintball).

3 km away, visit the 15th-century Château de Buranlure. The vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire (visit and wine tasting with the winemakers and the famous Crottins de Chavignol) are 15 km away. Also consider Gien and its museum, and Briare with the famous canal bridge built by Eiffel.

Discover the restaurant Les Terrasses de l'Ile on the banks of the Loire. Open 6 months of the year – a 3-minute walk.

Exceptionally self-guided arrival with a secure key box. Accessibility:
• By car: 1 hour 45 minutes from Paris (A77 motorway 8 km), 1 hour 30 minutes from Orléans, 1 hour from Bourges, 45 minutes from Nevers
• By train: 1 hour 45 minutes from Paris with 4 direct trains per day. Cosne-sur-Loire train station is 10 minutes away.
• Restaurants, Carrefour supermarket, and numerous shops are 5 minutes away. Markets are held on Sundays and Wednesdays.
