This location is undergoing repairs/ upgrades. After arriving, I was informed that they were still repairing waterlines, which should have been completed. We were unable to take a shower that night. At 1:04 am, the fire alarm went off. After getting to the ground level, we were informed it was a false alarm. That is why I give my stay a poor rating. Give them a few months, and they might be fine.
This is the place to stay! There's no need to review any other properties. Rooms are fabulous, service is fabulous, breakfast is top tier, coffee was great, etc. I can't say enough wonderful things!
Convenient state for the CU football game
Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative about this property was finding it! Streets were a bit confusing. A big plus was masks were not required!

Very clean location with a great work out room! Staff was extremely friendly and the location is excellent lots of restaurants and shopping close by.
Staff was friendly and welcoming. The manager and Breakfast crews were especially helpful and welcoming. Bathroom was nice with a large shower big enough for a 6' tall person to stand up without having to crouch to wash your hair.
