The service here is amazing. The property itself could use a little refresh but for the price we paid on Orbitz it was fantastic. Great location and safe. Would definitely return.

Everyone was very friendly, and helpful. The desk clerk let our son help code the keys, which absolutely delighted him. Our room overlooked the park, which was lovely during the day.

Concierge sent me info and contact number that was incorrect. It was a boilerplate email generated and the concierge was mostly u reachable throughout the stay and did not return calls. Housekeeping was inconsistent and left vacuum and never refilled items. Service took 40 minutes to get anything.

Great facility great staff. Attention to detail and on top of guess needs.

Our family was there for a few days of sightseeing, and we were close to everything! Though my daughter would have loved to have a pool at the hotel, everything else was wonderful!

The bathroom was most memorable -- big, perfect and immaculate. But every inch of that space came at the expense of the room, which was not quite the size offered by a Holiday Inn. But it too was squeaky clean. The staff was terrific (except for the maid who entered as she knocked). But the hotel is compromised by being part of a large residential project. The residents get all the best views; the hotel guests are on the bottom. The location isn't quite as good as The Four Seasons or even the Taj. Understandably, the Fairmont Copley Plaza and The Parker House have far more genteel charm.

The staff, front doorman to housekeeping make you feel so welcome. Even upon checkout, we were offered a bottle of water...a very nice gesture. There is valet parking and on-site self park, which be pricey. Consider carefully if you need a car - Boston roads are very confusing anyway. The location is a very short distance from Boston Commons and many theaters; a perfection location for both.

They made sure to make us feel welcome and happy in our visit.
