We would stay at the hotel again. Great location, staff etc. the beds and bedding was not as comfortable as other hotels however.
Staff was amazing. Hotel is in a great location. Hotel is safe. If your lucky enough to get a corner room you will have an amazing view of Boston. Rooms are good size. Connected to the prudential center so when it's a freezing night, or raining you don't even have to leave the hotel for shopping or food.
We really love the location of this hotel and its convenience to so many things. We have stayed here in the past and I would think we will again in the future. The hotel is very nicely maintained and the room and bathroom were very clean. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was nice and spacious for our three day stay. The living room part of the suite had a table for eating at and a nice size mini fridge for leftovers. The one addition that would be nice in this room would be a small microwave to heat up the leftovers. There certainly was plenty of room for that. Overall we had a great stay and even were able to attend the Patriots Super Bowl Victory Parade as it started right at the hotel! It was a great bonus. We will definitely recommend this hotel to people we know coming to visit Boston.
Front desk ! Barbabus upgraded me as I am a spg member . Beds were comfy and great views
hotel was nice , did not have Free wi , and I called before trip to find out if a shuttle to airport was available, staff person said yes but there wasn't any from the hotel when I checked out, Concierge indicated that there was a bus to airport 2 blocks awaywhich I used.
Quick check-in, everyone is super friendly from the top all the way down to the cleaning staff. Super clean.
Good experience. Friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable
Although a little pricey, the hotel is superbly located and we were able to go everywhere we wanted without renting a car.
This hotel is a great location just only a staff at night is unprofessional. I order shower cap and I waiting for 1:15hour also called for ask them for 3 times. Bad service at front desk at night shift.
Visiting our son and seeing the sights. The hotel was very nice and clean but the rooms are quite small. Expensive. It would be good to mention to guests when booking that you will have to pay over $50 per day for parking.
The stay was great. We had a nice quiet evening on the town and ended it at the hotel pool. Excellent night .
2 minute walk to Newbury Street and 15 to Boston Common park. Perfect!
I attended the HCR ManorCare meeting, and everything was easy. The Hotel is right on the Riverwalk which is very convenient.
Awesome location. A 1 minute walk to the Green Line T, 10 minute walk to the Commuter Rail at Back Bay Station, taxi stand right next to the hotel and tons of options for dining and shopping within walking distance.
My staff at the Sheraton was delightful. The pool was drained for some work. Apart from that, the view from our room of the Charles was beautiful, the staff were pleasant and the room was spotless. Well done Sheraton Copley.
Hotel was convenient in location. Room was actually quite small however clean and beautiful view. The club lounge was a plus for our weekend. Unfortunately I was charged twice by valet for a vehicle and am playing phone tag w/ finance trying to get reimbursed the additional $100 + taken out of my account.
In town to pick our son from college, hotel is in a great location for shopping and dining, clean and friendly staff only problem the bathrooms are very small.
great place to stay if you are visiting boston in the heart of everything their pool is great and the rooms were very nice!
We had a very good experience. The hotel was clean, had a great gym and lovely spa where I had a wonderful relaxing massage. The location was great to go to fenway!
Great location, walking distance to lots of places. Stayed here one night to go to Red Sox game, issue with T so I decided to walk to the game, not a bad walk at all. Great location if you go in the winter, Can take T from airport to Prudential and get to hotel without ever going outside. Views of the Charles, Bunker Hill, and Fenway from my room.
