Sheraton Boston Hotel

Super convenient to the Hynes Convention center, the mall, Fenway Park and tons of dining and nightlife. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived at the same time as a convention and the check in line was long - like almost an hour long - so we left our bags and went and set up our booth - came back and there was only a 3-5 minute wait. The room was on the small side for most locations, but good sized for a big city. The new marketplace/snack bar was nice and had only been open for a couple of days. They were working things out, but eager to get things right. I asked for hot tea with honey and lemon and they had to search for it. But they happily found some and went out of their way to get me lemon too! My only complaints were that when sessions for the meetings let out there was a 10-15 minute wait for the elevators! And during peak times, it often seemed like only one or two of the six were working. And that I did not seem to have much control of the temperature in my room. I set the thermostat down to 63 and the heat was still on too hot. Hot enough that I was sweating at night. Finally I turned off the fan completely and that helped a tiny bit, but it seemed like the room thermostat was just for show, not something that actually made a difference.

Hotel was located in the most perfect location. Connected to a mall that is full of shops, restaurants, and Top of the Hub restaurant. Room was extremely clean and staff helpful at all times. Would stay again!

I stayed here for 8 nights while working and looking for a place to live in the city. They give you an option to have room service every day or just call down when you need towels / sheets changed etc... which I love helping the environment out by reducing water and electrical use

Got to my room, key didn't work. Went back down for another key, it didn't work. The Bell Captain saw me coming back down and came over to ask what was wrong. He escorted me to the desk, waited while I got the new key and went with me back upstairs, carrying by two bags. When the second key didn't work, he went down the hall to a house phone and called for security to come up and let me in, which they did. The Bell Captain salvaged what otherwise would have been a "1" rating!

Great Location especially when cold outside. They have an indoor pool, gift shop, bar, breakfast spot and salon within the hotel.. You have dining, coffee, candy and high end shopping all attached to the hotel. A pleasure never having to go outside.

Great hotel, location, experience. Always stay here.

Toilet awkward to use; air handling irritating, noisy and difficult to adjust control. This is not what one expects in a 4 or 5 star hotel. Shame.

Excellent experience 24 hrs entry to Prudential Tower which is nice too.You can have Boston sky walk anytime...!

Easy check in, stayed in a king sized bed that was very comfortable. The room was spacious and perfect for the night spent there.

We would stay at the hotel again. Great location, staff etc. the beds and bedding was not as comfortable as other hotels however.

Staff was amazing. Hotel is in a great location. Hotel is safe. If your lucky enough to get a corner room you will have an amazing view of Boston. Rooms are good size. Connected to the prudential center so when it's a freezing night, or raining you don't even have to leave the hotel for shopping or food.

We really love the location of this hotel and its convenience to so many things. We have stayed here in the past and I would think we will again in the future. The hotel is very nicely maintained and the room and bathroom were very clean. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was nice and spacious for our three day stay. The living room part of the suite had a table for eating at and a nice size mini fridge for leftovers. The one addition that would be nice in this room would be a small microwave to heat up the leftovers. There certainly was plenty of room for that. Overall we had a great stay and even were able to attend the Patriots Super Bowl Victory Parade as it started right at the hotel! It was a great bonus. We will definitely recommend this hotel to people we know coming to visit Boston.

Front desk ! Barbabus upgraded me as I am a spg member . Beds were comfy and great views

hotel was nice , did not have Free wi , and I called before trip to find out if a shuttle to airport was available, staff person said yes but there wasn't any from the hotel when I checked out, Concierge indicated that there was a bus to airport 2 blocks awaywhich I used.

Quick check-in, everyone is super friendly from the top all the way down to the cleaning staff. Super clean.

Good experience. Friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable

Although a little pricey, the hotel is superbly located and we were able to go everywhere we wanted without renting a car.

This hotel is a great location just only a staff at night is unprofessional. I order shower cap and I waiting for 1:15hour also called for ask them for 3 times. Bad service at front desk at night shift.

Visiting our son and seeing the sights. The hotel was very nice and clean but the rooms are quite small. Expensive. It would be good to mention to guests when booking that you will have to pay over $50 per day for parking.

The stay was great. We had a nice quiet evening on the town and ended it at the hotel pool. Excellent night .
