Ramada Inn Boston

Arrived at 3pm..check in was quick and easy..room was clean and comfortable..best price in Boston area..would check this place again next time I visit Boston before I go nuts paying over $200 per night...

Small bathroom, smelly hallway, hear everything outside door, and partially dirty carpet. The driveway entrance requires a little maneuvering due to street setup.

The room was okay when we arrived but at the night went on, it wasn't as cool and the air blowing for the AC unit was more like fan air and not cool air. Taking a shower helped with cooling down but you cannot adjust the air in room 268. The room is a bit snug and when you open the door and walk in, you are met with the mini fridge, desk and chair and bed so it can be a pain coming in with luggage. The sink is outside the bathroom which is not bad because someone can brush their teeth while someone is in the shower in their own private room.

Pros: clean; good breakfast; good location with shuttle to train; OK mattress. Cons: too expensive; small room; no microwave; chipped coffee pot; no replenishment of coffee or cups; noisy d/t door gap.

my door was frozen shut. housekeeping came into room at 0830 AM after we had said no. there was snow in the hallway, tons of it might I add (on the carpet). towels looked rough.

Chair in the room was disgusting. Shower hand hold was broken. Door had light shining through it. Chain on the door was broken.

El hotel está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. El ascensor se daño, nos toco bajar las maletas del 3 piso. El desayuno es malo.

Only problem was with the reservation staff. Said there was a refrigerator in the room and there wasn't. Planned on letting the kids go to the pool and it ended up being under construction. The hotel was clean and nice otherwise. Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and nice.

I traveled to Boston on business during a week where there were absolutely no hotels available and the ones that were, were $500 and up per night, due to certain events around the city. The Ramada had one room left and was reasonably priced so I had to take it. The exterior of the hotel needs remodeling badly but in all fairness, they've done a beautiful job remodeling the lobby area and the interior of the rooms. I was impressed with this in comparison to the outside. However, when I first walked into my room, it smelled badly - not fresh - it was somewhat moldy which hit me like a ton of bricks. And my room was also next to the highway so it was pretty noisy. But the decor of the room was very nice and it was clean, inspite of the smell. The staff was also extremely pleasant, which is always nice. It's an older hotel so basically, it's a work in progress.

Only issue with noise came from the hallway being by a maintenance door and the staff made a lot of noise coming and going.

The hotel had a great appearance, a lot of eating places nearby

After a long flight and even longer journey, it was a pleasure and a relief to settle into nice, clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast on the other hand leaves much to be desired. Still it is a bargain.

We had a very night sleep before next wonderful day in Boston. Everything was nice and there was no problem. We may come back when we need, and we shall recommend to our friends. Keep up your good work. See you soon.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Convenient location and easy access to Boston downtown. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast could use some imaginative offerings, but it is still OK considering that it is complimentary.

Great location ! Price was great. Would stay there again and will tell friends about my stay there.

I needed a safe place to stay for my overnight coming back from The Azores. Transportation was provided as stated and the staff operating the vehicles were excellent. The front desk receptionist was wonderful handling a crowd with ease. My room was nice and clean and the coffee was good.

They ender up giving us a key to a room someone was staying in... Talk about awkward.

The staff was very nice. We were disappointed by the pool. They had a lifeguard who was at the pool. Many times we went by the pool when it should have been open but because he wasn't there the pool was closed. We never got to enjoy it, my family was disappointed. I saw other families with young kids who were also disappointed. We had to switch rooms after the first nite because the air conditioning didn't work properly our second room the safe didn't work. Overall despite the problems it was an okay stay certainly better price than a lot of hotels around the area.

I stayed here for 2 nights the hotel is very close to Boston City which means travel costs are next to nothing. Room is extremely spacious and comfortable. Swimming pool is lovely and really accessible. Breakfast is brilliant with a lot of different foods on offer. I would 100 stay here again excellent value for money and the staff are extremely helpful.
