Le Meridien Cambridge-MIT

Some of the staff was incredibly rude (specifically Ray and Peter). Had two different rooms because of a/c issues and I was half way through my stay before it was fixed. Not convenient to anything. Had no snacks or drinks available for purchase. Had to reprogram room key 2 times because it wouldn't work. Charged me for use of computer but I couldn't pull anything up and I didn't get refunded my money. Had a funny smell throughout the hotel. It was a terrible hotel stay.

Revisit of MIT, Cambridge and Boston after graduation for 10 years. It is a good location at university park, close to central square, MIT museum, and various Restaraunts and facilities. Convenient, clean and quiet. Will definitely stay again in the future.

I stay at the Le Meridien when I can, they have the friendliest staff. In addition to being in a great location, they have a shuttle service for Cambridge. Thanks for another great stay.

This hotel staff are okay. There were a bunch of kids in the room next store partying all night long. So no sleep.

Felt right at home, hotel was very clean with very polite personnels working all around.

It is an average hotel. It is good, clean, staff were courteous and helpful.

parking expensive, staff very helpful and friendly, gym facilities good, morning coffee available free in the lounge, daily newspaper available on the floor

The valet and front desk service were the highlights. The room was clean, but the bathroom fixtures kept falling off; the water faucet handles, the cover on the sink drain, the toilet paper holder. The restaurant was closed (no sign or mention upon checking in though) but serving in the lounge. Hands down one of the worst meals for a ridiculous amount of money - the food is better at Friendly's and 1/4 of the price. Really disappointed.

The hotel is centrally located in Cambridge but the location is quiet. The hotel staff are very friendly and the room and common spaces are very clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel, not fancy. Good, friendly staff. Don't like having to pay $35 for parking Asa guest. Also, we booked through Orbitz and although we may have saved a few dollars, I thought it was cheap that no breakfast was included. Just coffee. Close to Red line to go to many Boston destinations.

we loved everything about this hotel from the lobby to the cleanliness of the room and the nice quiet sleep. Super comfortable beds nice spacious bathroom and very interesting art and the bedroom and around the hotel. We wish our stay had been longer so that we could've spent some time at the hotel bar. We would definitely love to stay at this hotel again but for a longer stay.

Can in with our daughter for college visit to MIT and Harvard. Location was great, 6 min walk T stop. Waking to MIT for college admission office was less than 10 min. Hotel was excellent, clean throughout, Bed were extremely comfortable. There is a good size supermarket adjacent to it, don't even have to walk outside, there is a door next to the registration desk access to the supermarket. Overal, very happy with the stay.

An excellent place close to MIT. Very nice and clean. WiFi plus usual network free.

Great experience from check in to check out. Room was great, breakfast was super. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was clean, modern, and extremely convenient.

Experience was very good. Nice hotel. Seemed expensive for the nice but standard room, but I made the reservation late and it may have been a busy night.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. If you are visiting MIT or Boston, the location is great. Service was very friendly. It is pricey, but worth it if the location is very important.

Nice hotel! Comfortable beds! Within a mile of 2 walk to most everything in boston.

I've seen a good number of hotels, and you get what you pay for. This one is very clean, the staff is professional, and it's in a good location. If you don't mind walking a bit, Fenway is within a reasonable distance, as are most of the area's attractions. Breakfast is a bit steep (20 bucks), so I'd recommend hitting up the breakfast joint a couple of blocks down from the hotel across from the entrance to The Middle East (basement venue). Sorry, can't remember the name - but bring cash, because they don't take plastic. If I could change anything else besides the cost of the breakfast, it would be to have a fridge in the room.

Had a great time in Cambridge! Hotel was perfectly located to so much!
