I was confused in checking in by the change in name. Please fix you website

Good: Nicely renovated, clean hotel Bad: No coffee. No coffee pots in room, none downstairs unless you buy from restaurant, or starbucks. Strict shuttle service. Every hour to Harvard, period, even when the bus is sitting there and the driver is hanging out in lobby. Even though the bus hardly moves, drivers drives crazy like a New York taxi driver from the movies.

Front desk trainiee forgot to call for a cab and I was therefore late to work dinner, fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, construction/drilling right outside my window at 7am with a portable radio and smoking.

Undergoing renovation; construction/engineers had KEYS TO OUR ROOM AND TRIED TO ENTER MULTIPLE TIMES. One staff member was extremely rude and refused to open corridor doors on our floor - despite sharp smell of paint. To be fair, other staff members were nice but seemed to follow her instructions so didn't make much of a difference. Never staying here again; would not recommend.

The Hotel Tria has been a nice and reasonably inexpensive place to stay in Cambridge, where rates are steep. The current renovations make navigating the lobby difficult, and the floors and elevator are dusty. Before 6PM workmen are seemingly everywhere, including the third floor where I stayed. Check-in was very long for no obvious reason. It was done at a makeshift table and the hostess had trouble finding my reservation. One of the usual pleasant features, a bar and food service was closed. Altogether a disappointment from their usual normally pleasant environment. Would not recommend until renovations are completed.

It was on the construction for renovation, but the room was so good.

The room was clean and fine. The staff was great. We enjoyed the complimentary shuttle in to Harvard Square.

The staff was friendly, relaxed and fast. No problems of any sort. The room was large, comfortable and quiet even though on the ground floor in a busy area.

I stay here about 3 times a year on business. It performs reliably--clean, comfortable, decent amenities.

One of the receptionists was not very nice but the restaurant staff and housekeepers were extremely kind people. The hotel was very nice and in a GREAT location. Inexpensive movie theatre right next door, trader joes, whole foods, McDonald's, dunkin donuts, Starbucks, tj maxx, cvs, I mean should I keep going? The location is superb. Extremely close to Harvard square and the north end. Mamagoos pizzeria has really good food also which is right next to the hotel. The only con is that the walls are kind of thin so I could hear a baby crying.

Great price on nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice. As was the staff. The only issue was the fixtures in the bathrooms were not nice. Looked old and worn. Made the bathroom feel unclean even though it wasn't. Big plus to have Starbucks access without going outside.

Great location for Head of the Charles. Steep price.

Easy place too stay. Friendly staff, clean, nothing fancy, but worth the money. Whole foods next door which was handy. Nice running trail across teh street, T-train 1/2mile- mile away. Hotel offered to pick up from T-station. Good for business stay.

Very comfortable stay with convenient shuttle to Harvard Square. Less expensive than hotels in Square. Should add granola to breakfast.

We had a great 2 day stay at this hotel during our college visits. The place was clean and provided everything we needed. The shower was great with great water flow. The shuttle service made it really convenient to visit all the colleges on our list. The shuttle can drop the guesses off at Harvard square or subway station close to the hotel. We had Juan as our shuttle driver. He went out of his way to helped us to get to where we needed to on time and gave us info on how to use the subway in order to avoid parking. Great service! There is a Whole Foods store right next door which makes it very convenient to grab a quick bite anytime after the school visit. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet provides the basics to start the day without having to spend a lot of time searching for breakfast. WiFi performs well.

My husband and I decided to arrive early before our cruise ship departure. This hotel is very convenient to public transportation (subway), and there are restaurants within walking distance. The only downside for us is that the location was a bit far away from most of our stops, so we spent at least two hours going and coming on the train every day. The hotel itself, though, was very comfortable, the breakfast was great, and it is a nice bonus to have a Starbucks inside.

We had an early morning class at Harvard so we needed a hotel that was close by. I chose Best Western Tria in Cambridge. It was located so close to everything, restaurants, movie theater, stores, the Red line. There is also a gym with all new equipment. The hotel has been recently renovated and done very well. It was so clean and new. The beds were a little too firm for me but still comfortable. The rooms were spotless!! Staff was very nice, we stated we needed to get to Harvard Square early the next morning and we were provided with a hotel shuttle. That was a big bonus but even better was the full breakfast they have FREE. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh made waffles, cereal and more. Our shuttle driver was quite pleasant and mentioned he had been working there for over 12 years and loved it. He was a talkative and friendly and we enjoyed his company. What a great experience, we can't wait to go back!

Excellent customer service. Entire staff was wonderful. I will return to this hotel on my next visit to Massachusetts.

This hotel is probably good for the business traveler but not for the tourist. Hotel Shuttle Van routes cater to business traveler. We were not there on business so it was not the best location choice for us. Cab into Boston $50.
