I think I should have read a little more reviews before we booked. Lobby was under renovation when we got there. The room was ok, nothing spectacular. It said that it was at the airport, however it is about 7 miles from the airport. Had a free shuttle though, so it was ok. Older hotel so plumbing was an issue. Overall OK

We had a beautiful updated room with very comfortable beds and amenities.

Very affordable. Perfect for before a flight from BOS. Had a renovated room which was nice. Check in staff was great.

The biggest issue I had was that the walls are paper thin and I could literally hear the person next store snoring. Old and kind of sleazy. But nice staff and decent Japanese steakhouse.

We had a great trip to Boston and stayed in this Hotel Three nights. It was good, but they were having a little plumbing issues in our area (not our room) so it was a little dirty and loud with workers. I would stay again but would request if there is work being done we get a room away from the noise.

Place is decent in an emergency situation. Definately not a vacation option... Just an over niter. Best part was the hotel shuttle to/from the airport.

Calls to the front desk took about ten rings before someone answered. Our room was clean, comfortable bed. The worst thing was trying to find our room, seemed like a maze. Room 199 was next to 218. No elevator to connect to our room. We had ro go thru the dining area, drag our luggages up 2 flights of stairs to get to our room.

Hotel is close to airport and very quiet. No noise from other guests even though it was very full during our stay. Clean and comfortable.

It was a bit farther from the airport than I anticipated. They could do with a better in hotel restaurant.

Bused from Augusta to Boston to catch a flight. Stayed over and was totally satisfied with everything and everyone. Loved the free buffet breakfast!

Nice surprise just outside of downtown. Rooms are nice and big with fridge and microwave AND an everything grocery store just down the street. FREE shuttle to the airport at 3:30 a.m. was a big surprise and very welcome! Hotel also easily accessible for Uber drivers which we used to get to the hotel from the airport.

Great breakfast! Conveniently located next to shopping mall and bar.

Parking is confusing, check-in staff was very helpful. Joe the Shuttle Driver was Excellent and very Helpful.

Very pleasant clean room. The staff was very accommodating and unobtrusive.

I took a trip here a few years ago and the stay was great, it wasn't anything outstanding but for the price and location it was a great deal. I had add another room last min after check in and the staff was beyond friendly. the rooms were clean, the location to things was a huge downfall but for the price it was a great stay

I would not ever stay at this hotel again. We called to notify we would be late and confirm king size bed. We arrived at around 10 p.m. Only to be told no king size was available. I was told if we booked directly through them they would have held it. We were given a room key and went up only to find out we were in the wrong location. It would have been nice to let us know where we were going. Found the correct elevator and there was no air conditioning in it. The hallways were hot and muggy. No air conditioning and the room air conditioner was running but room hot and muggy. I called and was told I should give it a chance to cool off. Temp was at 60. I asked for another room. We were put into another location which was cooler but the shades were stuck and we couldn't get them down. They did finally send someone to fix it. At this point it was 11:30 and with an early flight neither of us were happy.

ok hotel for the price
