Room was dirty. Staff was rude. All you could smell outside was the nasty dumpster. Room was absolutely disgusting! Not worth the $200! Spend an extra $100 and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I'm surprised this place is even in business! Elevator was so unstable it was scary! I thought it was going to break down! Hotel is completely sketchy! I thought I was in the middle of a run down neighborhood, not in a super busy populated area!

The room was nice enough however the bathroom was not the cleanest with the bathtub having some debris in it and the top of the tv stand was filthy with dust and had food wrappers and a pornographic video up there. In general the room was nice but they really didn't pay attention to anything above eye level.

I spent one night in this hotel last Thursday. I found over 20 bug bite bumps over my arms/hands, neck and face next morning which I believed were bed bugs; I had to clean all my cloths with hot water. Now I am still suffering the terrible itchiness and ugly appearance from the bug-bitting. Still not sure if I bring the beg bugs from the hotel to home.

Bed pillows smelled like dirty hair and sweat. I stayed one night slept on a ball of my clothing. I left with two nights still in my reservation. It was so aweful its wasn't even worth arguing. Anyplace that would be this dirty shouldn't be stayed at!

Nice and good value for a high cost area! Nice complimentary goodies in the room.

I was very uncomfortable in this hotel the room had no heat. The front desk told me they couldn't turn the heat on unless the temperature dropped below 60 degrees. After the temperature dropped below 60 degrees, the heat still didn't come on. They told me that the only solution they could offer was extra blankets. This is totally unacceptable and I asked to talk with the general manager and he hasn't contacted me yet. I think the room should have been complementary with all the problems, but I haven't received a call yet. Let me know if you need further clarification. Extremely disappointed customer, Marcus

The bathroom is out dated . I saw a small cockroach in the bathtub. They put only one mini shampoo bottle and one mini lotion bottle beside to two bars of so soap. In the morning, I called asking for extra shampoo and the receptionist asked me to go downstairs and get it from the front desk!

The hotel stands isolated in a park area with no restaurants or bars nearby. Compared to the generally high price level of Boston hotels this Days Hotel offers an affordable stay.

Room 202 the bed near the window has bed bugs. The Chinese restaurant is the only good thing about this place and the location isnt bad.

There are no frills or special things. Its a cheap hotel in Boston. Good for one night only

Great price for the location. Room was fine. Nothing fancy but more than adequate and clean.

Better than ranked. Good location and the staff was friendly and courteous. An excellent value for the area.

This hotel is in a great location for my purposes, so I have always been v. happy staying there. I believe that I have stayed a total of about 25 nights over the years and will keep coming back. It's now fancy, but it does the job.

Eberything went well. Breakfast at the hotel was nice.

The front desk staff was not the least bit friendly or welcoming and the woman who checked us into our room couldn't have been less hospitable (no "hi how are you?" or even a smile) and even seemed annoyed that she had to do her job. The windows in the room were dirty and there was a creepy old guy sitting on the couch in the lobby the whole entire night (from the time we left at 430 pm until the time we got back at 3am). We weren't expecting or looking for a 5 star hotel, but the front desk staff could have at least pretended to have at least some ounce of good customer service.

We joined our daughter and family for her graduation. Great location for our event. The rooms could use a little updating but we found them to be very clean and comftorable. Had a great view overlooking a park and the Charles River. Easy access and spacious parking at the hotel. Just a short walk to a newer grocery store and fast food. The staff was very helpfull with local transportation and helping us find our way around Cambridge and the Harvard Area. I don't think it could have been any better.

this hotel was pretty bad for the money. the room was roasting hot...many guests were complaining. the hotel administration had not 'switched over to air conditioning'. generally stale smell. the 'business center' was closed and the 'fitness room' was under renovation but we were right next to it and not a soul was working in there. front desk personnel were unreliable as far as english. some were excellent some struggled to communicate. the 'joyful garden' restaurant was excellent. obviously managed separately from the hotel.

Considering the prices around it, this hotel was alright. We choose it because there are friends that live in the area. It was better than crashing on someone's floor... but that doesn't say much. I think my main concern was that the carpets felt a lot dirtier than I wanted to admit to myself. Be sure to notice, this is not a Days Inn - it is a days hotel. Also to note, the chinese restaurant is a terrible place to go if you just want a drink from the bar. You will never get served.

Meets basic needs, great restaurant. Wifi is terrible, morning clerk is surly, but night clerk is fantastically nice & helpful

Close to town, good access to Mass Expressway clean, comfortable but worn-out. Needs paint and some carpet. My unit entry door looked like it had been kicked in and did not fitted properly. Only recommend for those with travel budget concerns. Adjacent restaurant has BLD availble and are very responsive.
