Courtyard by Marriott Boston South

Overall, this is a great hotel. It is upscale, clean, affordable, and in a good location which is not too far from downtown. Definitely would recommend!

We choose this hotel due to it's proximity to the Boston Convention Center. The whole family came to enjoy Boston while mom was stuck at a conference. The only difficulty was the awkward address of this hotel and it's location on a difficult to reach one way street. However, we got it figured out eventually! The hotel it self was very nice and the amenities were just as described. It is adjacent to a large shopping plaza which was very convenient.

The Hotel was clean, great service staff, and an overall great experience!

This hotel was great location, comfortable room and beds!! Staff was a great help from beginning to end!! Kids loved pool and hot tube. Lots of stores in area target,Marshall, stop and shop and some restaurants applebee's, olive garden. Would for sure go back asap!! Thxs

As usual with any Marriott property this one failed to disappoint. The Staff was outstanding!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel The Hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful.

the hotel is located on the other side of the highway from the t station. it was not known that they would pick you up from the t station until after we lugged 75 pounds of luggage over there. the restaurant inside is also up bad hours. they were always closing... the tub was slow draining and it was like i was taking a bath instead of a shower.

We arrived late morning with the intent that we would check in when we returned from downtown Boston. Our room was available and we were able to check in early.

Good stay for the weekend. The free parking was very crucial to us. Enjoyed the shuttle service.

We stayed at this hotel because the weekend we were going was very expensive and hard to find a place in Boston. This hotel was located about 2/3 blocks from the Andrews stop so it worked out nicely. They also have a really nice cafe in the hotel for an easy breakfast.

We stayed two nights, and it was a nice, comfortable stay. Good size room, bed, comforter, towels... nothing to complain of. One of the determinant factors to stay at this hotel was the swimming pool. It was smaller and shallower than we had anticipated (kiddie size and only 4 ft, so it was a kiddie pool, and not for adult swimming), but it was nice that there was a warm water Jacuzzi. We'd definitely come back in the future.

Beautiful place--clean, new, plenty of room. Great amenities, close enough to the T. Only problem, when people took showers, the pipes would vibrate and hum off and on--a LOT! Hard to sleep with that, early in the morning. The front desk said they are working on fixing that. Also, could use a mirror in the main room (two in the bathroom). But even my picky 16 yr old daughter was happy. Ooh, and cookies at front desk in the afternoon!

Pros: Nicely furnished; helpful staff; good location with access to the Red Line and highway, huge shopping plaza immediately adjacent. Has Parking! Cons: Awkward to reach by car if you don't know the roads in the vicinity - but when is that not true for Boston?

Was pleasantly surprised of short distance from the train/bus station.easy access to the center of Boston, where it was IMPOSSIBLE to park our car near Park, and the Historic Center.Parking signs are VERY tricky& confusing ,unless you have a handicap sign in your car, don't waste your time searching for parking, that's less than $20.This Hotel is next to the shopping center.

I've never stayed at the Courtyard before but it was nice. I went in the jacuzzi and the pool, both great. I love to swim, even though it's winter right now. The only thing that could have been better was if I had a fluffy comforter instead of a limp blanket. But I had a great stay.

They had rooms ready so we got to check in early. Kids wanted to get into the pool immediately, fun on a chilly Feb. day. 2 queen size beds, very comfy the kids (5 & 10) were in their glory. The staff was very nice and the breakfast buffet was good, the concept of unlimited food was a hit for the 10 year old. If I had acted a little earlier I could have booked the room for $ 20 less. It's very close to the Children's and science museums. We would go back again.

good location, good staff, very clean rooms. The biggest problem is the shuttle, it does not go to the train station or to the airport (just if you pay it, they send you tot he airport sometimes)

it's location is perfect for trip with a car, free parking and very convenient to go any attractive places such as downtown, Chinatown ,aquarium and so on.Just a little noisy about air conditioner.

The room is good, clean, the staff is nice and the location is very convenient. The problem is their transportation (shuttle) because they do not use it, it goes just to the airport and to a small unknown train station (for example it doesn't go to the south station), and they charge you for the shuttle.

The room was clean and adequate but I would recommend not staying on the 1st floor due to the noise from the lobby and vehicle traffic just outside the rooms
