Weather was beautiful that night that allowed an enjoyable dinner at the outside bar and grill while watching the light show on the bridge.
People have awful hospitality service. It’s awful. People suck at this place. Don’t come here
Rarely ever served a drink while playing in the casino. Multiple machines not functioning and no staff available to fix issues nor did they care. The only bright spot in our stay was dinner at Jimmy's. The food and service was great.
The hotel was good but the beds were not comfortable (they were terrible) would not stay there again because of that
Security has been stepped up since we were there last year. Some remodeling has been done.
When we walked into our room, I went in the bathroom and someone had urinated in front of the toilet on the floor. Since the hotel was sold out, we had to clean it up ourselves. Gross. We were given paper cups for our drinks, the refrigerator barely worked. Will choose another boat next time. Can’t believe this one’s gone downhill so fast.
The staff at the front counter are extremely rude and not helpful the entire hotel smells of smoke. There was a strong weed smell on our floor. The power went out while we were there and never came back on we had to check out our room was over 100 degrees. When asked why the casino still had ac and power but not the rooms we were told by the front desk that the casino makes them money not the rooms. When asked if we could get compensation for our room they said no it’s a natural disaster even thought the casino and halls were all fine with power. Worst stay ever we used to like going to this hotel. But we will not be going back
the place was cleaner and nicer this time
Room was supposed to have a rive view but only saw roof top. River was way in back and only saw a tip of River
this casino did not have my reservation in the system. i get off from work on friday @ 6:00 and drove to this casino and arrived @ 8:00 and the did not have my hotel in the system. that was really bad
Wait staff in the restaurants was terrible. Rooms were ok but holes in the sheets. Property owners need to spend some money on this place. Used to be so nice.
Area was clean and probably the most attractive looking casino.
Great facility
For the price of the room you would expect to be staying at a 5 star resort, however this is not the case. Door handle to room was coming off. Impossible to get food or drinks after midnight. Staff doesn’t seem to like their jobs. Definitely will not stay there again.
Workers all very unpleasant.. could care less about being hospitable, shampoo bottles all empty in bathroom, alarm going off in room next to us for hours. - Tried calling front desk but phone in my room wasn’t working. Called on my cell and it rang for over 10 minutes. Ended up getting up early and telling my wife let’s get the heck outta this nasty place.
