We are a family of 5 and enjoyed our stay very very much! The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Also the manager Mustafa Komec really went out of his way to assist us and open the spa room that had an indoor pool for our 6 year old. Even though it was supposed to be closed on that day. We really appreciated his help. We will definitely come and stay there again. The location is also great, there is a huge mall within walking distance.
The hotel and staff were very nice and accommodating. There was not much of a view and with the window open there was a strong smell of mildew, but the air conditioning worked well so it was fine with the window closed. We booked three rooms and they were pretty much identical except two rooms had a double and a single bed and the third room only had one bed, probably a queen. There was nothing to see or do immediately in the area and about a half-hour from downtown Izmir. Very convenient to the airport, though. There is a supermarket next door which was convenient. Breakfast was too expensive, though a nice variety of food items on offer. The lobby is very nice and some in our party availed themselves of the spa amenities, which they said were quite nice.
