Got there on Friday started snowing and continued to snow and got colder the check in was a breeze great people and the best cleaning person, her name was Somner room always spotless had to scrape Windows off to drive the car so the hotel had a scraper for us to use just and overall great experience in a bad weather weekend☃

Overall stay was great. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

OK,,,checked in at 5:30pm, to be specific room 109. Using the bathroom, turn on the light,,,,long strands of black hair, we are both balding gray headed men. Also under the sink a trash can with trash already in it. Pulled back the cover on window bed, nice white comforter, but big yellow halo'd stain, remember we just arrived, and already pottied. The other bed, nothing of not to find. Called the desk bbbbrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrring brrirriiiiiig....brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrring, blah blah blah, yes sir yes sir bllllllllllllllaaaaaaaaaaaaah blah but nothing done or offered to be done. That night after dinner (late) went to take a shower, HOT WATER LASTED ALL OF 2 MINUTES ICE WATER. Tooooooooo tired for the blahhhhhhhh blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, went to bed, the 'clean one.'

the hotel was excellent, room very nice and clean. Great location for the events we were in Boone for.

Impressed by the size of the room, especially the bathroom. Enjoyed the breakfast. The pool temperature was great. Check in and out was easy and convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sleep Inn in Boone, NC. The location was very close to Appalachian State University, many restaurants, shopping, and hiking trails. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. There was ample parking. Daniel was working the front desk when we arrived. What a wonderful greeting ... Daniel was friendly and extremely efficient during the registration process. Also, Daniel provided a great recommendation for dinner ... the Proper Restaurant on Water Street in Boone. The meal was wonderful.

Daniel, customer check-in was delightful. Very pleasant, conversational, speedy. He made up for the irritating situation. We checked into Room 107 and upon unpacking discovered a 16 oz. water bottle with a yellow liquid in it by the ac/heat unit. The liquid turned out to be urine. We reported this to Daniel who immediately took action, could not be more apologetic, offered to move us to another room, etc. We declined since the urine was contained in a bottle and did not appear to be anywhere on the carpet or beds. Even though this occurred I would recommend this hotel. Mostly because the staff is so friendly and professional.

Spent New Years with my boyfriend in Boone and it was a quick and enjoyable walk to the downtown area to the bar, and the next day not a long drive to the ski resort!

Very nice affordable clean room great location and the staff is very friendly and informative

this is a very very good hotel to stay at. hats off to the staff and the place

Pool is not onsite you have to go over to the other hotel for the heated pool and hot tub. Beds are hard I could feel every spring in the mattress. Staff was very friendly and was able to tell me of good locations to go eat and play. Hotel is kind of a pain to get into from the road and parking gets really tight. Close to the ASU Campus and there is a good fun nightlife there and plenty of good restaurants. I would stay again if I go for another weekend.

We stayed here for New Years and the price was just right. Its location is great, and the rooms clean. Skip the free breakfast, too many people in a very small area. Could hear the other rooms, but it didnt bother me at all. Will stay there again.

The room was very spacious and clean, as well as the entire hotel area. The staff is super polite and eager to assist guests in any way possible, ( especially Mr. Pittman). Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here on my next trip.

It was easy to get everywhere from this location. The clerk at the desk even told us that if we got lost anywhere in the area around Boone, to just call the hotel and he would talk us back to the route we were looking for. The complimentary breakfast was the usual stuff but fresh. Coffee was excellent!

Staff, price, location and breakfast was very NICE !

I stayed at this hotel is a last minute deal and it was worth every dollar. Clean place and friendly employees. If I head back to the area I will stay there again.

Great Stay at the sleep inn. By far the best hotel I have stayed at in the Boone Area. I would highly recommend this hotel

It is well located and a nice place to go, the room was clean, well maintained and the breakfast was very good
