Just 30 minutes from Geneva and Lake Geneva, and 30 minutes from the remarkable towns of Annecy and Chamonix, you benefit from an ideal location. On the mountain side, you're close to ski resorts and hiking trails (Les Gets 30 minutes away, Le Grand-Bornand 33 minutes). You'll have a great time in summer and winter alike! Free parking is available in the residence 7 days a week. Town center and amenities a 10-minute walk away. Railway station 8 minutes away by car. Ideal location for cross-border commuters.

The supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, and sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the stadium and athletics track 2 minutes away. The banks of the Arve are within easy reach on foot or by bike (footpath and cycle path 100 m from the residence). The little extra: The residence has a large landscaped park, which is very green in summer. Ideal for getting some fresh air and letting the kids play in complete safety.
