Check in was really easy, the room was clean and the tea and coffee in the room made it very homey. I would definitely recommend staying here, it's so close to the beach!!

Great location and great house. Room 9 was the smallest room I have ever slept in, but the bed was comfortable.

I knew the property was a bit Bohemian. It's a hip, young beach community. I get that. It would have been nice, however, to know that there was no air conditioning. With temperatures reaching the 90s, that made for uncomfortable sleeping conditions. And the parking! What a nightmare. While the management warned of this in the confirmation e-mail, it was a little too late at that point to do anything about it. We were so displeased that we cut our losses, left a day early, and headed down the coast to a place in Wollongong that had air conditioning and a view of the ocean.

The room is TINY!!! There is a twin bed that isn't comfortable. There wasn't even room to put my two carry on bags (I placed in the tub during my stay). The wi-fi is horrible (the worst I experienced during my trip to Australia). The bathroom window didn't close which was scary at night.

Yes that is our smallest room in the house. Perfect for a single traveller on the go! :) We are glad you found it comfortable. Thank you for your review.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were under the impression that we had air conditioning. Thank you for mentioning that we do pre- warn guests of the parking situation in this area. We are sorry you didn't enjoy what we had to offer. Thank you.

We are truly sorry that you had this experience! Im guessing you stayed in one of our single rooms which we do state on the website are quite small (and are the least expensive). As we give you the access information before you arrive which allows you to enter the house and you go to your room straight away, unless you come to the office area we may not see you arrive! I assure you someone is always on the property or around it during that time. Also we have a mobile phone on us at all times if you require anything. Guest houses do operate differently! :( Had we have known you were this upset we could have addressed all of your concerns and helped make your stay better. Nevertheless, thank you for taking the time to review us.
