10 minutes from Laval, this independent house is a pied-à-terre in the countryside to start your visits! Laval is a city of art and history with many activities (Les Lumières, trail courses, its gardens...).
The cottage has a plot of 1600m², located on a working farm (cereals) in a landscaped environment. The living rooms are on the ground floor and the 2 bedrooms upstairs.
You have the private lake of 2300m² (50m from the cottage) to fish for carp, roach, trout, pike. River 400 meters away. Fishing room with refrigerator. The lake is a pleasant green setting to relax. Pétanque ground available.
In the small town of Bonchamp-les-Lavals, all shops and services, including a performance hall (very rich program), 3km away. The cottage is on 2 levels - Access by an external staircase - LEVEL 0: kitchen area open to the living room 36m² - shower room 5m² - separate toilet.
LEVEL 1: 1 bedroom 13m² with 3 beds 90x190 - 1 bedroom 10m² with 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190.
Television and Wifi.
