Super 8 - Bolivar

This hotel looks nice, but not so much. The tub wouldn't drain, which equals others hair clogging it up while you stand in it. The front desk clerk had the phone attached to her ear everything time we encountered her (how we didn't bother you)! The beds are hard, and the breakfast was a joke. Not sure how it's rated as high as it is, but that wasn't our experience.

Friendly staff, quiet, great breakfast. Comfy beds and a wonderful stay. Remodeled.

Hotel staff never did make the bed. The paint on the wall was damaged and the curtain in the room was torn and did not totally cover the window from side to side.

I wanted a one-night stay at a conviently located, easily accessed hotel. This Super 8 hotel provided me with those expectations. A comfortable clean hotel.

2nd time I've stayed here...very friendly staff...great location...

Overall good hotel. I would probably stay again if needed. The room could use a bit of updating. We were in a handicap accessible room. The bed was supposed to be queen size but I'm pretty sure it was a full size bed. There was a hair dryer that didn't work in the bathroom. However there was a working microwave and fridge in the room which I appreciated. Overall, it seemed to be a good room for the price and location.

Close by university and nice room. Price was fair. Checkin late at night went smoothly.

I was only there for a quick overnight stay and then on the road again. However it was convenient just soft the highway. But I was a little creeped out when I got in the room and found tissue paper stuffed in the hole in the door where the people should be. And the shower head hit me no higher than my chest. While I am 6'5", it was still short.

This hotel was decent. No elevator, and with small children and a lot of luggage, this was a bit annoying. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in our room. Breakfast was somewhat limited, but it was available. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean. Entrance to room was indoors, definitely a plus.

This hotel was one of two hotels in the community and was a reasonably priced stay. I was dissapointed that this two story hotel did not have an elevator and I had heavy bags to carry upstairs. The airconditioner worked but it went on and off constantly. The dead bolt didn't lock but just tumbled. The breakfast was ok; very continental; little fruit.

We hadn't stayed in a Super 8 Motel for many years, but we found this a surprisingly good place to stay

hotel was great staff was very polite and helpfull breakfast was fun as well had a great time

Good location, right off interstate. Rooms are decent, friendly staff.

Very clean and comfortable. It looked like it had recently been updated with fresh paint etc. The room was quite nice and comfortable, and the staff extremely friendly. Free wi-fi was easier to access than in some pricier places I've stayed, and the continental breakfast had something for everyone.

we were visiting the sbu campus. the remote control did not work; the water wasn't hot enough for our showers

The staff was very helpful. They just need to remember the coffee and condiments.

The room was out of kleenex, the fan in the bathroom did not work, and the hotel vending machine was out of bottled water. The bed was comfortable, towels were good, water pressure was good, tv channels were great to choose from.

The rooms were small but clean. The only odd part was no housekeeping while we were there. Towels were replaced but our trash was'nt removed and the beds were left unmade.

[...]was a really sweet person very helpful and friendly. She is a great asset to you company. Wish there were more people like her. We were in town to go to Bass Pro fall classic and to visit family. I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. Could not even hear traffic from the highway. I would like to see some fresh fruit for the continental breakfast, other than that it was great. Will stay there again if the occasion arises.

The Super 8 Motel in Bolver was very comfortable, I felt it was a little cramped, we both couldn't sit at the table comfortably. All else seemed o.k. It was clean, quiet and the seemed safe. The sink area was rather close with only one sink, but all in all it was a nice place to stay.
