I did not like the smell of this hotel, it hits you as soon as you walk in. Although they say it’s no smoking, smoke is all I could smell. The hallways are very dark & as soon as the sun went down you could barely see.

TV's went out due to weather, so NO one had TV, but when inquiring about discount, we were told it wasn't their fault. The price includes a TV, so, regardless, it is their issue. Our family rented about 8 or 9 rooms for the weekend. My cousin's suite had no towels. I had no shampoo. Otherwise, it wasn't bad.
We heard the guest in the rooms above us and next to us, their WHOLE conversations until 2am when thankfully they went to sleep.
This hotel looks nice, but not so much. The tub wouldn't drain, which equals others hair clogging it up while you stand in it. The front desk clerk had the phone attached to her ear everything time we encountered her (how we didn't bother you)! The beds are hard, and the breakfast was a joke. Not sure how it's rated as high as it is, but that wasn't our experience.

Hotel staff never did make the bed. The paint on the wall was damaged and the curtain in the room was torn and did not totally cover the window from side to side.
