The hotel was under renovations. Wish they could've close some of the rooms that were being remodel instead of seeing inside them and looking at the mess

The hotel is a bit dated and could use and update. However, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. If all your looking for is clean and comfortable, this is it. I would stay there again

Almost missed flight since they forgot wake up calls in both rooms we had .

My experience was horrible. My daughter and I were given a room that had a awful smell, water stains all over the ceiling and a broken window. We moved to a different room only to have a broken shower head. The room felt dirty and we were not comfortable.

The staff was very friendly, the motel, and rooms were clean. It was quiet. The only thing I can highly recommend is that they remodel, and upgrade the entire motel. It is stuck in The 90's. Other than that small complaint, it was a good experience overall.

At first glance it looks really good. But thats not the case. The room was disgusting. From pee on the toilet to the coffee cafe having some white powder residue in water reservoir.

It was bad from the get go. When I showed up to the hotel, the check in area was messy and looked like it had not been cleaned for months. Then when I gave them my name for the reservation they couldn't find it. I told them i had a confirmation number that i could give to them. They told me they would find, 20 mins later they were still looking, GRRRRR I finally got my room and went up to it, the room was not clean. There was hair on the sink and in the shower. The floor by the hydabed was dirty and had crap on it. There was also some big brown stain in the floor. I had my shoes off and was wearing my socks, a half hour later my sock bottoms were black. The room was noise and you could hear everything. No Shampoo. Finally at 1am in the morning I got in my car and left. Will never be back. VERY VERY MUCH NOT HAPPY.

Was going to BOISE STATE FOOTBALL GAME. Didn't want to drive 100 miles home after game. So stayed here. Which was a great choice, because it is only a few miles straight down BroadwY to the stadium!

We pulled into the hotel parking lot already deciding that we would never stay there again. The hotel is dingy and and dated. There were questionable looking people standing in the parking lot and on the hotel sidewalks drinking and smoking, it made us feel very uncomfortable. I also did not like that there were no latch locks on the door, just a lock that popped open when you used the door handle, which made it easy for my kids to open the door.

The door of entry was supposed to be opened with a card key but it wouldn't close behind you . Had to slam it shut. Dangerous to have people being able to have access to inside hotel.

Had a nice stay at the hotel. All the staff was nice. Good location for us.

My room smelled like a dentist office, sort of that chemical smell you get. Room and hotel were dated, and not kept up. Small tv, exterior door key pad not working, morning breakfast not to par with most better hotels. The room was fairly large, but I was by myself and just needed a place to sleep. The bed wasn't uncomfortable, but the linens and towels were worn. Soap was weird, didn't really suds up. No reason to come back, much better options right around the corner. It's right on the side of the freeway, but fortunately I didn't notice the traffic noise too much.

Close to BSU and ST. Luke's Hospital. Friendly staff, very willing to please. I would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Staff was very helpful in what I needed. Room was clean. Some attention could be on cleaning drains. They were busy the weekend I was there and I see that people were ever I go are disrespectful to staff, We the customers are slobs, we make big messes and leave for staff to clean up, then criticize. Thank you, I had a nice stay.

I arrived early in the AM for late check in which was good. There was a friendly person there who greeted me and asked if I had a reservation. I said yes and they checked. They had no reservation. I had a confirmation number and the girl used it and soon found something and said OK. She gave me a room keycard and directed me to the room at the far end of the hall. I went to the room and the keycard didn't work. I tried it several times and all I got was a yellow light. I went back to the front desk and the girl asked if everything was alright? I said not yet. I told her my experience and she said Oh that means the battery is dead in the door reader. She apologized and gave me a room just around the corner from the lobby which was just fine. I slept and checked out at 7:45 AM.

Good breakfast ,nice bed's the receptionist good person

convenient location close the freeway.staff was very friendly and helpful. excellent breakfast menu.

No complaints. It is older in terms of TV and lack of outlets for personal electronics. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

We were disappointed with the hotel. The rooms are very dated and look like they have not changed since the 80's. The staff was fantastic. We skipped our last night and sent to the Hampton Inn down the freeway.

The hotel was very clean and the people very friendly. We left our car there while we took our trip. They paid for the cab fare to and from the airport. I would stay there again in a heart beat. Thank you Shilo Inn
