We reserved and paid for a king bed and were given a queen... was told thats the way ut is...frint desk has no abilities to accommodate a room change.
Accepting pets was convenient and helpful, staff was available for questions and clarifications
I appreciated “hardwood” floors instead of nasty old carpet. It was simple but perfectly in line with I needed and paid for.
Never using motel 6 or Orbitz again. Called multiple times to resolve duplicate billing by motel 6 and neither company was willing to help
I liked where it was at. I didn’t like that you didn’t need to use your room key to get inside, people were coming and going and sitting out in the halls. Some were yelling and some were staying in their cars all night in the parking lot. Didn’t feel safe. The room was clean but the bathroom mat was dirty before I used it. It had what looked like an oil stain and food bits on it. I was grossed out and put it to the side.
I tried to book for Sept 2-3 but some how I didn't have it right. Orbitz is just a bit to assuming. I wasted my money. I know I won't do that again.
It was a good place to stay for me. I mostly just showered, slept and changed clothes. Spent little actual awake time in my room
The air conditioner was not good. The room smelled. The outside doors were not locked. The blankets were stained and had burnt cigarette marks.
You get what you pay for at this location. It's old and beat up. While the staff is friendly, they dont have much with which to work. example? ok: when I inquired about shampoo I was told "we dont have those items here, we only have little bars of soap". We've all heard the commercials: "we'll leave the light on for you", but what Tom Bodett fails to tell you is:, "but that's about all we'll do", but hey, it's a $70/night place. Staff tries hard and great attitude (especially Pansy , she's an asset to that place! and Chris at the front desk, he's awesome and very helpful/respectful) ..but the actual facility? ... suffering. So my rating is appropriate to its division: 3 out of 5 stars.
there was nothing I liked about this motel she put me in the very back of the motel with blood on my comforter my room was nasty it stunk it didn't even meet my dogs approval
Staff were very friendly and cheerful. Location near the airport.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. The staff gave good instructions as where to go and what to do
Paper thin walls. If you like hearing people and dogs barking all night this is the place for you.
This is a no frills hotel. What you get is a bed tv and bathroom. No coffee maker, iron, or refrigerator. Priced right for what you get. Wood flooring must not have padding underneath. You can hear every movement the upstairs guest make. You just have to wait for them to fall asleep before you get quite time!
It is close to the airport, but thats about all it has going for it. It's pet friendly, so be prepared to hear dogs barking night and day. I stayed for 13 days and the room was only made up about half the time. The front desk staff where very nice, but over all it's kind of disappointing.
Arrived after being on the roads for 13 hrs faith family. Arrived and was met with I have no rooms. After I said I have reservation I was told it will be half hr because cleaning staff didn’t show up. Had a uhaul and asked where I could park and was told the hotel next door has even parking and if I want they’ll cancel my reservation. I told them not to cancel anything and get rooms ready. After a secon they realized I in fact had reserved 2 rooms and not one . Was told it now will be a 2 hr wait. Ended up going to another hotel. Maybe I should’ve known from previous Motel 6 experience. Avoid the chain.
I was convinced to cancel the reservation to stay closer with family and friends during funeral planning and service. Motel 6 and Orbitz worked together to reimburse to me total amount paid. I was very impressed. I appreciated how Motel 6 had a large framed advertisement at the Boise Idaho airport.
Noise level is horrible. Thin insulation and too much audio reflections on floors and walls. Cheaply constructed. Little privacy and and accommodation. No microwave or refrigerator. Been to better motel 6. Had to file complaint to staff for unruly above neighbor.
