Good: price, location, room size, comfortable bed. Needs improvement: nobody was at front desk to help us check in—long wait, breakfast was cleaned up EARLY so we missed it, closet door was broken, shower needs repair.
Nice pool for kids. Large rooms with three beds for families. Breakfast seems to have downgraded as compared to previous years—only one of three juice machines worked, options were fewer, but still decent. Will stay again if prices do not increase drastically.
The bathtub was amazing but the bed is the most uncomfortable thing I have EVER slept on!!! Invest some money in decent mattresses!!!!
It was a good place to stay for the price. I did not like that people who were smoking were always standing at the exit doors having a cigarette. You had to walk through their smoke to open the door to enter the building. Some of those smoking at the exits were even employees who should know better. I believe the code states "No Smoking" within 25' of any exit.
This hotel is getting run down. The pool is flaking. It is not clean on the outside, at the pool, the elevator floor… Then our room the floor was stained really bad. The chairs were so yucky with stains and worn out. The tub was dirty, hair on the floor in the bathroom… just yuck. Someone with attention to detail needs to step up. I was so disappointed that past reviewers did not mention this. Paying $250 for an overnight with my kids in the family site was a huge waste of money… PLUS the bed was the hardest thing I think I’ve ever slept on.
Pool was disgusting. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Kids came out itchy. Room had a terrible smell and we killed a few bugs. Trash cans were overflowing outside and inside and it looked like the place just hasn’t been cleaned Front desk had an attitude anytime someone was up there. Will not be staying in the future
All good
Everything was great
I loved the convenient location - close to restaurants, shopping and my doctor's office. The room was comfortable and spacious. I've never been disappointed with La Quinta.
The suite was perfect for a family of four. We loved the king sized bed and the two smaller beds. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, and it was located close to family-friendly dining.
The stay was fine but the air conditioner in the room which was set on 65 was nowhere close to 65 it was hot, The drain stop in the sink needs fixed cause it’s not handy for people with contacts, & One day There was nothing left for breakfast by 830
I didn't like having to share an elevator with an employee who had a large rolling bin full of dirty laundry and she kept adding h people in the elevator till we were full
