Started out with a single, king bed. When we added another person, I called to change to two queens. During the call I asked about the shuttle service from the airport as the other parties were arriving close to midnight. I was told that that would be no problem. Upon arrival at the airport, the plane was late. They did not land until 12:30am, after the shuttle ended. We called the hotel and Jordan told us that we were to take a specific taxi on them. We waited for nearly an hour and ended up taking a different taxi as it was after 1:30 am. We paid for that taxi. In a way, This was not the hotel’s fault. Upon arrival at the hotel, we found out we were still in the single king room. Jordan was able to change after a while. We did not get to our room until after 2 am. I will say, Jordan was very helpful and we appreciated that.

Staff was excellent, very friendly. Breakfast is awesome. Pool & hot tub wonderful! The beds were the only thing that we had a issue with but we have back problems.

The hotel has very nice rooms, comfy beds, and a nice indoor pool. The price was great too.

This place was the nicest LaQuintas I have WVER stayed in. The bed, the staff, and the good were all terrific!

This La Quinta Inn is very close to the Boise airport but not very far from the capitol and downtown area. Our 3rd floor room included a refrigerator, a microwave and a 1 cup coffee/tea maker. It offers beverages, snacks and food for purchase, by the front desk, which you can prepare in your room. We had not eaten since breakfast before our first flight, and by the time we arrived in Boise, we were hungry and it was late. So we bought beverages, microwaveable soup, microwaveable mac and cheese along with fruit to eat. That was a big help to us! I felt the shower was a weak and the king bed, for me, was a little hard. But the included breakfast was good. This hotel also has a small pool, hot tub and exercise area.

Staff very pleasant room nice and clean. Only thing I wished it had was information on pool times and take out menu provided in toom. I would definitely book there again.

Couldn't get my TV to work called down to the front desk and was told to just reset router. I couldn't reach it from behind the dresser and was told sorry that they didn't have anybody in maintance until morning. Not very helpful at all!

I am very conscious of cleanliness (especially in the bathroom area). Room was clean. Bathroom could have been vacuumed better. Don't like seeing hair on the floor or in the corners. Other than that I really liked the place. The breakfast was good but needed to be stocked more frequently. They weren't keeping up with the number of people eating. I will stay here again in the future as overall it was a good experience.

Great stay at the la Quinta in Boise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Their complimentary breakfast was very good.

It was combiner location and friendly staff. The shower was very slow

We have stayed before at this hotel and for the price, it was clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was good. Good value

Great place to stay.they did not receive my online reservation so I had to pay twice and I'm still waiting for my credit card to be credited.

The rooms are very basic with an modern decor; although not the highest quality.

Less than 5 minutes to terminal, same distance to supermarket, very convenient but quiet.

overall the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Was fine for a quick stay.

nice hotel with reasonable rates

Couldn't get my TV to work called down to the front desk and was told to just reset router. I couldn't reach it from behind the dresser and was told sorry that they didn't have anybody in maintance until morning. Not very helpful at all!
