The staff were very personable and friendly. Quick to help you out. Room was comfy.
Couldn't get my TV to work called down to the front desk and was told to just reset router. I couldn't reach it from behind the dresser and was told sorry that they didn't have anybody in maintance until morning. Not very helpful at all!
I am very conscious of cleanliness (especially in the bathroom area). Room was clean. Bathroom could have been vacuumed better. Don't like seeing hair on the floor or in the corners. Other than that I really liked the place. The breakfast was good but needed to be stocked more frequently. They weren't keeping up with the number of people eating. I will stay here again in the future as overall it was a good experience.
Great stay at the la Quinta in Boise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Their complimentary breakfast was very good.
It was combiner location and friendly staff. The shower was very slow
We have stayed before at this hotel and for the price, it was clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was good. Good value
Great place to stay.they did not receive my online reservation so I had to pay twice and I'm still waiting for my credit card to be credited.
The rooms are very basic with an modern decor; although not the highest quality.
Less than 5 minutes to terminal, same distance to supermarket, very convenient but quiet.
Nice room with all amenities. Quiet and peaceful.
overall the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Was fine for a quick stay.
Visiting my daughter at Boise State UNiversity and got this hotel at a Good price and good value
Hotel, staff and location were great, but the hotel has poor soundproofing between rooms . Could hear conversations from other rooms when in our room and vice versa. When walking down hall could hear conversations from other rooms and could hear baby crying from another room down hall.
This hotel was convenient to the airport and comfortable. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, although fairly small. Airport shuttle is shared by other hotels, not exclusive to this hotel, so extra time should be allowed for this when arriving and departing.
Room was well-furnished and clean. Staff was hospitable and attentive. Only complaint was that the fruit selection and supply at breakfast at 8:30 am was depleted and poor.
Our experience with this hotel was great! Pet friendly was the key to our travels with our dog. Location was good (close to freeway we were traveling) with easy accessibility. Staff was friendly & helpful. Our only observation that would lean toward negativity would be the entry mat that could have been vacuumed.
This hotel is currently be remodeled to become a LaQuinta. I should have picked another place that wasn't being remodeled.
Only stopped for a night at the hotel, when flying out of Boise early the next morning. Best part of the hotel was the staff, which volunteered to set up a cab ride for us the next morning because the shuttle wasn't running that early. Also offered to let us park our car at the hotel for a very nominal fee. Other than the staff being exceptional, the room itself was pretty average. This was our second time at this hotel, and would probably recommend it to friends, especially if their plans included flying out of the airport.
The hotel was clean, very friendly front desk staff and was amenities were reasonable for the cost of the overnight stay. The swimming pool is very small but kids still had fun. Easy access to the interstate, airport, mall and coffee! The area was not too busy for a Saturday night.
Booked Holiday Inn Express expecting at least a 3 star experience . The HI Exp in Boise is a bit old with drab colors and small rooms . While I am sure no one had smoked in the room recently it was evident that it had been a smoking room at one time , my wife noticed it right away .
