The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and concerned we were comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. They had coffee made 24 hours a day and we were right by the eating area so it was great.

Mattress needed flipped over to avoid settling in a hole.

The vacuuming while trying to sleep was not so cool.

The motel was a little hard to find since we did not come from the freeway. The staff was very friendly, we enjoyed the little courtyard. The room was nice and spacious, good beds.

We've stayed here 2 times. The first time I was lucky not to fall in the parking lot due to all the ice and snow. The inside was nice and our room was quiet which was great. When we got home, I found out we had been charged 2 times for the room and it took a week to get our money refunded. The second time we stayed, room was clean, air conditioner didn't work that well and when I got home I found out that we had been charged twice AGAIN!! This time I had to get my bank involved because the manager refused to take the second transaction off saying it was my banks fault. What a laugh. Needless to say, we will NO LONGER be staying at ANY Best Westerns again which is kinda sad because they were the ones we looked forward to staying at wherever we went.

Great staff, clean and comfortable room. I've already booked it again for next week, for the trip home.

Great stay, good breakfast, hotel staff very accommodating. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Would not hesitate to stay there again...

This was a super friendly hotel. The place was super clean. The lobby area and hot breakfast were inviting. The staff was very helpful when one of us thought we lost our phone.

In Caldwell on for Business. Hotel was easily able to locate. Breakfast was adequate, staff friendly and room was clean. I would stay there again

We spent one night there on a way to Portland. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and staff is very friendly.

This hotel was totally worth every penny! I took 3 teenage girls to visit NNU (which is only a few minutes drive) and we enjoyed the friendly staff, the cookies and coffee in the evening, and the 24hr pool and hot tub for adults. Breakfast was the best! Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, and much more!

This hotel is very conveniently located to the local attractions great dining and it is very close to the airport at overall enjoyed my stay very well

We have stayed here before. Great indoor pool and spa. Free full breakfast, ok. Large room and TV. Great location. Easy access to Boise or Wilder where my grand kids live. GREAT VALUE

I enjoyed my stay and would return there. The staff was great and the breakfast was excellent...lots of choices and the coffee was great.

Outstanding place friendly spacious Staff and Manager Excellant. Would come back again.

Business trip. Spent 2 nights. Staff is one of the best I've seen. Very friendly. EVERYONE greeted you when they met you in the hallway. Maids, maintenance folks, desk staff. Very helpful and knowledgable when asked questions. Responsive to needs. Breakfast area very clean and well furnished. Snack locker open 24x7! That's a great thing if you get the munchies in the middle of the night - or can't sleep and need some first aid or medical items. Enjoyable stay. Would recommend. I intend to stay there again next time I need to spend time in Caldwell.

When visiting this area we usually stay at an all suites hotel in Meridian but this was closer to our destination which was our granddaughter's wedding. Everything was equal or better then what I expect from a Best Western hotel. Even though there is a truck stop directly across the street and our room was facing it, I did not hear any truck noise. My only issue was the very loud air conditioning unit which affected the room's "comfort" and our sleep. The indoor pool was very nice. The hot breakfast in the morning was OK, but I would have preferred more fresh fruit and ended up stopping at the grocery to pick some up for the room. We will stay here again when in the area.

We were on a trip and needed a place to land for the night. We stayed here a couple of years ago for a class reunion and knew it was a great place to stay. Love this place.

we were traveling cross country and made a reservation over the phone after reading reviews TIP;( probably a good idea to check date of the review's you read to determine how current they are!) We entered past two large garbage receptacles topped by sand ashtrays and literally overflowing with upended cigarette butts, the front desk was abandoned, ten minutes later the clerk arrived and apologized that she had been booking a wedding reception for the breakfast room. The hotel is filthy, the carpets, elevator, and common areas are not even close to how Best Western describes its "Plus" properties. The room was worn and mediocre. The first floor smells damp and moldy probably due to the proximity to the pool and wet children running up and down the hall. The breakfast was mediocre, the coffee was undrinkable. The staff does not appear to have a standard of professional training or demeanor, rather like they have been left to run the place by themselves for a little too long. I would recommend a hotel further down the road in either direction as there are quite a few to choose from.

I would really like to thank you for your continued support of our Hotel. We agree on a update for the property. we are about to begin a big one. can't decide about all the new furnishings and such, but we will start with all new carpet in the rooms. we have started updating all new furniture in the guest rooms, then we want to move into the lobby and breakfast area. you can expect to see some big changes coming.
