Best Western Airport Inn

This is a good hotel to stay near the airport, only 2 miles away. Its clean, good beddings, good breakfast and reasonable rates. Its updated, the whole place is very neat.

Nice clean room. Bedsheets nice and good breakfast.

This motel may be slightly dated, but it is clearly well cared for. It is very clean and well maintained. The staff was fantastic, especially Mikki at the front desk and the housekeepers. The only real negative was that there is no elevator for the 2-story building. We would recommend a poolside room on either of the two floors for a quieter night's sleep and easy access to the pool area. The other side of the building faces the highway and can be noisy. Enjoy! We sure did.

Very friendly workers/staff. Even the housekeeping staff were pleasant and upbeat.

This hotel is VERY close to the BOI airport, which was great. The staff was great, they even switched my room after I realized there was no elevator for my Mother who has trouble walking up stairs due to medical conditions. The beds weren't very comfortable and the room was lackluster and not very clean. However, it served its purpose. I would recommend this hotel for location and price alone.

great central location with easy parking and freeway access

I've stayed in a lot of Best Westerns over the years and this one was pretty lackluster. There for just one night as I was passing through Boise and needed an affordable room. The price was okay, the room was sub-par and was more or less clean, sort of. The continental breakfast was just the basics. The front desk wasn't especially welcoming or appreciative. Next time I pass through Boise, I'll pick a different hotel.

It's what you need when you arrive late at the airport. -- clean, comfortable, and convenient.

Quick stay while driving to the coast, comfortable, clean and helpful staff.

the hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable and my short stay there was nice. The breakfast was average but adequate. I would stay here again if the need arises.

We always stay at the Best Western Airport Inn when we fly into Idaho to visit family and friends in Boise and southern Idaho. The location couldn't be better for air travel. The value is very reasonable as well. My husband was looking for a vending machine for water. The staff graciously gave us water as the vending machine was out of service. We thought this was very thoughtful for weary travelers.

Clean room, great breakfast and a comfortable bed. Helpful, knowledgable staff.

Great location from the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpfull with instructions to get around, where to eat, and other facilities to assists us with our business stay.

Simple one night stay before continuing trip. Good, clean accomodations. Adequate continental bkfst.

The room is ordinary. Close to the airport if you have a pet there is lots of space for walks.

The way the room smelled I think they just changed the "no smoking" sign that day. not very cleen, poor heater

We enjoyed the room. It was spacious and we liked the comfort of the king size bed. However, as we were packing our car to leave the next morning we observed a male doing the room cleanup. It appeared to us that he did not change the sheets or pillow cases in that room. Perhaps the person who stayed in that room was returning that night. If not, we find it incredible that sheets and cases would not be changed. That is deplorable! This hotel should not advertise breakfast. It was a continental breakfast in a very small area with little variety. There were only three small tables at which to sit. That was our last visit to that hotel.

NOT AGAIN

Used hotel only for sleeping and it was comfortable.

We were disappointed with the breakfast area and the overall experience at this best western.
