My room was not the one I chose. I was downgraded bit not offered a discount. They offered something from the restaurant in exchange bit it was too late for that and my next flight too early. I ate a milky way from mini bar and was charged. Had no time to complain. The room was not bad, the shuttle stopped working at 12pm so I wasn’t able to use it. Room was ok as well as the bed.

I was just there for the night. It was super close to the airport, the first shuttle left the hotel at 5 am and at the airport checking in within 15 minutes. Staff was nice and helpful.
2 1/2 hour wait for shuttle pick up at airport. Water in room shut off from 2 PM until 9 PM. They did not tell me prior to check in. I left and went to another Hotel. Nightmare of an experience,
I reserved the room for 2 people. I only had one bath towel and no other towels in the room. No hand towels or face towel. Missing lotion.
