Excellent front desk! Thanks for the restaurant recommendation and getting us a room. Got the last room and it was a suite. We were very tired after a long day on the road. The mattress was sunken and uncomfortable. The A/C made an awful noise all night. The powder they use to deodorize the room is overkill; the powder smell would not go away. There was mold in the tub area and the shower curtain was needing a good cleaning. The complimentary breakfast lacked flavor and choice. This hotel was not up to Marriot standards. The hotel clerks however exceeded Marriot standards!

Not much I can say here, other than a decent location. The property has no outside grounds to speak of, the pool area is small and bland. You can grow old waiting for the lone elevator. Our room was musty and tired looking. I stayed here cause we needed a place close to town and I used marriott points. Which was 20,000. About 10,000 more than this place was worth. No pride in ownership here. Even had three letters on the neon sign atop the hotel burned out. Breakfast was the typical powdered egg, mystery microwave sausage, and weak coffee. If you need to be in boerne there are better options

We stayed last weekend for one night and once we got settled into the room we set up our son's pack and play in the bathroom. There was rust or mold above the door frame of the bathroom and there was what definitely looked like mold in the shower. I felt uncomfortable having our son sleep in the bathroom so I asked the front desk to move us which they were willing to do. The only available room with a king sized bed was a handicapped room which we were fine with. The good news is that nothing that looked like mold was in the new room however the wall unit for the AC in the new room DID not work well and the bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were practically flat. Needless to say I did not sleep well and my wife didn't either. The breakfast was pretty good and when my wife realized she left her jewelry in our old room the next morning the nice lady at the front desk sent someone from the kitchen with my wife to our old room to help her retrieve her jewelry. So although the front desk staff was nice and helpful I probably wouldn't stay here again unless some remodeling happened in the rooms.

We came to Boerne to see family for 2 nights. The hotel is a little tricky to find, but GPS Made it easier. Very nice hotel. Very Clean, and the staff couldn't have been nicer and helpful! We got very good recommendations to eating places. The breakfast at the hotel was very adequate! Will stay here again!

Once again a nice stay in BOERNE. Front desk staff is always very friendly and helpful...clean room...nice breakfast. Will definitely stay again! Very easy access on and off I-10 and a short drive to downtown BOERNE.

Had a great time at this hotel. Clean room and great service. We had car trouble the morning we left and the staff went above and beyond to help us out! Josh and Liz were especially helpful! Thanks! :)

We were staying in Boerne for Vintage Market Days and did not realize how close the hotel was to Six Flags. We ended up staying an extra day to take the kids. Roooms were clean and staff was super helpful and friendly.

Stayed a week while visiting Boerne on business. The hotel and rooms are adequate but appears to cater to groups coming through town, perhaps on business. I stayed here due to prior experience and Marriot rewards, not sure it is worth the trouble. The hotel itself is fairly distant from any amenities - there's a Valero gas station with a Subway (unfortunately not open late) and convenience store open across the street and a megaplex theatre next door and accessible around the corner. That's it. No restaurant in the hotel or anything kind of room service. Typical Fairfield egg, waffle and sausage breakfast included which is a good perk given the lack of other options in the area. Plan accordingly when heading hack to the hotel in the evening. There's plenty of choices below the hotel a few exits on the way towards San Antonio. Lobby has a small snack store but the refrigerator/freezer was broken so candy and chips were the options. I needed shaving cream and contract solution so walked over to Valero and found what I needed there. I understand there's a Hilton property opening next year closer to downtown Boerne. I'll look that up and check the out other chains I belong to in the future.

My wife and I were in town for a week of meeting my son's future inlaws and we found this facility to be a wonderful place to stay. It had easy access to route 10, was close to down town San Antonio and down town Boerne and also easy access to the Hill Country! Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast was accommodating plus they had gluten free options available which was a big plus. I noticed a lot of families enjoying the pool and even saw a couple of large groups taking advantage of a great place.

It was day 19 on a road trip around the country. We had planned on staying in San Antonio, but it was getting late so we opted to stay at the Boerne Fairfield Inn. We were greeted by a very personable young lady named Bailie ( not sure of the spelling) who immediately thanked us for being Marriot Reward members and upgraded us to a Suite. I don't know how old this hotel is, but it felt like we were the first people to stay in the room! Everything was clean and neat and we had a comfortable peaceful night. I would highly recommend this hotel. As a side note the town of Boerne is interesting also...
