Please stop and read the negative reviews. This place is absolutely a NIGHTMARE. If there are any good reviews they must be posted by the owner. The worst hotel resort i have ever visited. From the start they don't allow early check in which is unheard off. Not enough food options and we were never able to obtain towels to access the pool or beach. Limited restaurants. I feel bad for their support staff because I am sure guest don't tip much, based on the overall experience which is just leaves a distaste in you. I will never visit any Emotions Resort EVER! it's a rip-off! The administration doesn't care. Very frustrating when you intend to get a way for a few days and all you experience is bad. The only good thing they had to offer was their coffee shop. my entire family got food poisoned We are still trying to recover.
Me and my wife Rocio had a great time celebrating our honeymoon at this location. This was our first time staying at this location, but it won't be our last. We Will Be Back!! :)

Not what it looks like at all Nothing was working. The water you shower with is salty water well I left the very next day it was really a bad experience.

They charge extra for early check-in, even thou it was an hour earlier. Ridiculous! Even thou the staff was friendly, there is a lack of attentiveness around the beach area. It took hours to get service. No hostess at buffet. Seat yourself is the way it got done. Could not make reservations for restaurants in person at the restaurant nor over the phone from the room.
I didn’t like the staff trying to sell us time shares when we already paid to stay at the hotel. That was the only bad thing about the resort.
For an all inclusive hotel, their food choice was limited. Outside the hotel room, bathrooms were not wheelchair accessible and no ramp to beach dinning area.
The property was amazing! Casandra was simply amazing. The staff was great!

I went to this resort due to the proximity to the capital city. Rooms are nice, staff are friendly, food is good. Hotel has a good Anti Covid protocol in place and they are doing their best to keep everyone happy. Osiris, Laikin and Natividad took care of everything for my stay and provided consistent great service and care. Pools were clean. They assigned me a good room with pool view. Food was good in the buffet area and in the snack at the beach. Also tried the italian restaurant and it was good. National drinks were good in their bars. I enjoyed my stay and will return anytime soon. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family for a short getaway!
