Hotel was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Bed and pillows were great. No complaints.
It was my first stay at Aloft. I’m was impressed.
The hotel is located off the main road while also being centrally located. It’s a boutique style hotel, that has Tesla car charging spaces and adequate sized rooms. The downstairs bar is perfect for a quick drink, or you can Uber for about 10 bucks downtown for more action. The staff was lovely. I only stayed for one night, but I will be back.
It was peaceful would definitely stay again had a great time , only thing that the bar wasn’t available
Our room was not clean. We even found hairs on the sheets.
The staff were genuinely nice, no fake scripted greetings. The most pet friendly place I’ve ever stayed & there was no extra fee!
Great property and near shopping and restaurants with a movie theater behind hotel.
Splashed water on bathroom floor wiped it up with tissue and the tissue was black from dirty floor, hand lotion on counter was used and almost empty.
When we arrived at 3:15 for check in there were no rooms ready and we had to wait 2 hours in the lobby for a room. The place was nice, but definitely needed a better cleaning! Seems they were having trouble with their cleaning staff.
