The room was cheap and clean, but the hotel is located next to the interstate so you can hear the noise from the traffic all night. Also be careful because based on the time of day/night when you check in the prices increases and some of the rooms are outdated.

We needed a place to sleep for a few hours, so we stayed here. Both our rooms were clean, the water was hot and the beds were clean and comfortable. Yes everything is dated and old, the parking lot needs repaving, but if you don't want to pay a lot and need a clean comfortable place to sleep for a few hours, this is it.

Mamma Mia's restaurant is attached to EconoLodge, serving B/L/D. At 10am on a Monday, there were two other tables occupied. We did not stay at the hotel but it looked very basic. The ladies' room in the hall between the hotel and restaurant was a two stall grungy looking deal. One door lock didn't work. There was a near empty liquid hand soap pump bottle and roll of paper towels standing on the sink edge. The "employees must wash hands" sign was faded and half torn off. I always order basted or poached eggs because it's the best way to ensure runny yolks. The cute, friendly server said they could do either so I ordered basted eggs, hash browns and dry ww toast. I received crispy eggs with completely hard yolks (kitchen obviously doesn't do basted eggs), hash browns (generous amount) and buttered ww toast, not the dry I ordered (although not as bad as I thought because only the middle of the toast was buttered). The jelly holder was sticky so twice when I touched it, to make room for things on the table, I had to go wash my hands. The restaurant was cute and conveniently right off I-55, with plastic red checked table cloths and a small counter. When I walked in I thought what a lucky hit! But it turned out to be one of those misses instead.

We needed to stay near this area on a trip back home from Texas. This hotel was after 10 hours of driving away and accepted pets so it fit the drive time/"we have a dog" criteria. The room was not cleaned well if at all, the sheets looked used and the room was extremely dated and tired. The front desk person was helpful but was overloaded. The place was sold out which was strange so we could not have gotten another room even if we wanted to. We would never stay here again. Should have picked the Days Inn but I am a member of the Choice Rewards program and was looking for the points. Next time I should check TripAdvisor first and I would have kept going or stayed at the Days Inn...

I booked this hotel without checking TripAdvisor. BIG MISTAKE! Everything here is old and worn out. It did appear to be somewhat clean, but it was hard to tell because of the dim lighting. This is nothing more than a run down flea bag hotel that apparently caters to the traveling construction worker demographic. The place was full of drinking, partying all night, loud music playing single males. Definitely not a place you would want to stay with your family. The only reason I gave it even one star is because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the young lady who was at the front desk.

I just checked in because I am passing through and my vehicle broke down...Only place to stay.....people were in to this pillowcase has a rattling in it....I didn't even look I tossed it in a chair....there's a trash can under the pipe to the sink.....there's change on the counter......the floors have salt or sugar or something sprinkled everywhere on daughter walked into the bathroom and said I'm not taking a shower tonight......there are holes in the walls....the tv are very old....sketchy getting to our room.... I called the desk and I told the girl on duty and told her nicely that the only reason that I am staying is because I have nowhere else to go which she already knew that....she said I'm sorry I'll tell the manager.... I am getting out of this place as soon as daylight hits and never to return again!

It seems this hotel is used as an apartment complex as well. The people on both sides of us stayed outside talking and setting off their horns till 3am. Then they woke us up and 8am screaming and yelling at each other.

Everything was greasy there was blood stains on the bed and a bloody booger on the bathroom wall the cards barley worked there were handprints on the headboard the room was full of misquotos and worst of all the beds felt like i was sleeping in a puddle of grease

We enjoyed our stay overnight in this Econo Lodge. it was very clean, quiet and the breakfast was good. We definitely recommend a stay here. We would stop here again if in the area and looking for a place to stay.

First night in town, my husband and I stayed at the Days Inn down the road from this hotel and that is a nightmare I'll remember for a long time. We chose Econo Lodge for the second night because another family member was staying there and they said it was clean. We had a little trouble with the key cards in the beginning g but someone came to help us with that and showed us how to turn on the A/C-Heater unit. I noticed the room does need some updating and it smells stuffy but it was clean. It wouldn't hurt to put something in the room for the humidity that builds up from the shower vent not working and the A/C unit puts out a lot of moisture too. We didn't spent too much time at this location but it was first e for a overnight sleep.
